Derrick Schmidt, the service technician, did a great job installing a new pump for me. He was efficient, and left no mess. Best of all, he had good customer service skills.

We have hired JES for multiple projects and received quality & professional service each time. There customer service is also excellent.

I'm just starting the process to stabilize my foundation that has been creeping around and I called JES. Mike Ordonez came to the house to evaluate my problem and he did a lot to help me understand the problem and how to address it. He is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, patient and personable as well. Because of him, I have full confidence in the work JES will do.

JES completed basement drainage system, sump pump, and dehumidifier installation. Everything was done according to specification and in the timeframe provided. Some minor trash left behind, but nothing too serious.

Joshua Shaw was very professional and thorough and did an excellent job diagnosing our water leak.

Foreman Castillo and his team were prompt and courteous. They were mindful of protecting my home and property from dust and debris; the clean-up each evening was extraordinary; they completed the job on time; and did a thorough walk-through with me upon completion. Only complaint is that work began weeks after promised. It would have been helpful to have had contact from the company during this time to help manage expectations especially since the financing was processed immediately after the sales contact, not when the work began/was completed. As project was only completed last week, unable to truly rate the value for the money.

JES needs to be thankful they have employees like Adam Y. and Kris S. , especially in this day and age we are living in. Good employees are hard to come by. These two were very professional and took a lot of time explaining the process. They were polite, kind, and gave sweet attention to my little dog who kept stealing their tools. The crew, Victor, Jose and Freddy arrived on time. I was asked if I had any questions before they started my project. Because Richard was so thorough with the estimate I had none. After removing the old window well I was called out to see the progress and received a mid-job update on the progress. Once completed I received another opportunity to ask any other questions. I was also given an explanation of the benefits of the replacement. The area was returned to a pristine condition and the grass reseeded. Two weeks prior, JES sent information reminding me to remove all items from the work area that could possibly sustain damage during the process. The one draw back was two days prior I was notified by the Technician that the HVAC was to close to the window and had to be moved. The HVAC company waived the emergency call fee. JESâ s pricing was very affordable. I had looked online to get an idea of the cost. The smallest window well alone was priced $500 above the cost of my entire project. Overall, I am very satisfied and would without hesitation recommend JES in the future.

Was very pleased with the end result. Had my doubts as to whether what they proposed would work and I’m extremely please to report that it did.

Chris Yi did a wonderful job providing our family a solution to our foundation problem. He was knowledgeable, detail-oriented and friendly. He took his time doing a thorough inspection. He took a bunch of pictures. His presentation was professional and the pictures helped understand the problem and what his solution would accomplish. He was never pushy and patient while we gathered other estimates (which were not even half as professional). With the information from all the companies we selected for an estimate( and don't always believe the commercials you see- those other contractors only professional assets were the commercial.. trust me! ) JES and Chris Yi were top notch. Jose, Wesley and Bentley were great. They worked their tails off to install a French drain and sump pumps. Our concerns about a flooded basement are behind us. Thanks for a job well done, gents.

Bryan Rutherford came out and completed the foam for foundation repairs. We appreciated his attention to detail and the fact he took time to explain what the foam would do to our foundation and the water problem. I was glad to see a installer with integrity and honesty. When we questioned if the work should be done he held off and contacted the representative for further clarification and had the representative call us and for additional assistance and information. This is an exceptional employee who demonstrated amazing customer service and support on behalf of JES foundation repair. I feel more comfortable about the larger project we are scheduled with JES after working with Bryan. I hope they are all this good.

Beginning with the home inspection which lasted nearly 90 minutes, Todd ensured he examined every possible cause of the basement flooding. He made sure he explained each step and showed me the readings from the moisture reader. He then laid out a very professional demonstration on his laptop that explained the root causes of my issue and what work would be conducted to fix it. The other contractor I ended up meeting also laid out the same work plan but the details and professionalism in the presentation were significant. The work crew began the following week. The team leader, Charles Byers, kept me informed of the work being performed and took the time to explain why some changes needed to be made. His crew, Daquan, Quantaez, and Markese, were all extremely polite and professional. They all made sure to care for my home as if it were their own. I seriously couldn't say enough nice things about this company and this crew. Would definitely recommend to anyone with basement waterproofing needs.
