There were 3 gentlemen on the crew...Rudy Gonzalez, Walter Zavaleta, and Fredy Zavaleta. They were very nice, friendly, were careful with our home and did a good job. Rudy came to us several times to explain what he needed to do to complete the job so we'd understand.

Brian S, Barefoot Antonio, Pabi, and Melvin were a great crew who installed a new sump pump system, outside French drains, and basement wall carbon fiber straps. Brian was very friendly and diligent - he clearly cares very much about his work and assuring things are done correctly. I really appreciate all the attention he paid to this project. Also, the poly crew of Vince Gardner and Brent did a great job with lifting the sidewalks. They went above and beyond with perfecting the backyard stairs.

Lee Stark and his crew of Antonio W., Kevin R., and Derrick T. arrived on time and proceeded to install a gutter discharge line under an asphalt driveway. They worked expeditiously and took great care to repair the surface of the driveway to appear nearly untouched. Professional and courteous.. Great work. Highly recommended.

The foreman, Rod and his team (Deron, Keenan, Jay and De Undre) were wonderful. They were professional and on-task, getting the job done in a timely manner! In addition, Rod was considerate and took the time to answer all of our questions, making sure we understood the newly installed system. Highly recommend!

Vince G. and John F. did a superb job lifting and stabilizing the floor of a carport that had cracked and sunk about an inch over the past sixty years. I no longer have to worry about further erosion. They gave me a heads up that they were on the way, arrived on time, promptly proceeded to execute the job, and thoroughly cleaned up the work area. Courteous and thoroughly knowledgeable of their profession. Highly recommended.

Abdul Kargbo was excellent. He and his team- Diego Rodriguez and Floyd Short - were professional, competent, diligent and respectful of our property. They even vacuumed at the end of the project. They are truly an asset to the JES company.

We originally contacted JES because there was a persistent moldy smell on the lower level of our house. Chris Yi did our estimate and was extremely thorough in explaining what was causing the smellâ providing pictures and walking us through our options on getting rid of the mold growing on the supports under our house due to the high levels of humidity in the area we live in. After assessing the options, we decided to go with encapsulation with a dehumidifier, which Chris said was our best option for the above stated reasons. Chris clearly knew his stuff, which reassured us that we were doing the best thing for our home. When it came time for the work to be done, the crew that arrived was extremely professional. Emilio Sanches, Juan Mata, and Angel Mata worked expeditiously, but the level of craftsmanship was top notch. The moldy smell is gone and we have confidence that the mold will not return. JES was the total package for our crawlspace needs. 

Jeff Oosterhouse at JES has a customer for life! He solved a problem that 3 other professionals could not, and I now have a tremendous peace of mind. Not only did he solve a problem that has weighs on my mind in the middle of the night; he is also a good man who put me, as a customer, first. After dealing with contractors on several home maintenance projects over the past few months, I can say that he is a rare and valuable find. I will share his contact information with my neighbors. Bryan Rutherford was friendly and extremely competent in explaining what he was doing. He finished the job in a timely manner and left the porch in pristine condition. I would highly recommend him and we are very satisfied with his work.

I had JES come and encapsulate my crawlspace. From the initial consultation to the team that came to my home ( Lee, Kevin & Derrick ) all did a great job, they kept me up on what they were doing, how long it would take and encouraged me to ask questions. Iâ m very happy with the work they all did.

The JES Foreman and co-Foreman did a great job raising my front door stoop which had sunk about 5 inches. They showed up on time and let me know when they were on their way and what time they would arrive. They operated in a professional manner. I was able to watch them raise the stoop using a special foam that was pretty cool. The work is guaranteed for five years if I should require them to come back. Thanks.

My technicians Andre Mcduffie and Charles Davis did an excellent job on my annual sump pump system maintenance. They took care in performing the work and clean-up, also in answering my questions. Andre and Charles were also pleasant and personable to interact with during the visit.

My project was completed earlier than scheduled. Austin, the job foreman, was very professional and did an outstanding job on finishing the repair in a very timely manner. This is my second project with JES and both were highly professional. I would recommend JES for any foundation repair.
