JES technician Mr. Andre McDuffie was professional, timely, courteous and personable. he troubleshot my sump pump problem and determined it wasn't a problem at all. He explained the three pump operation and discharge plumbing so all is good. A great experience and suspect I'll request him if needed again.

I got two estimates & JES included removal of old insulation in the crawl space. Work performed as quoted, on time with quality workmanship. Very satisfied.

John and Mike were on time, professional, hard-working, and had a great attitude. Ron and Trey were also so helpful and hard working, and Markese was the installer and he did a great job. I knew I had a problem and after having a couple of different companies review the work, JES provided the best overall solution and cost. The process and work were communicated clearly in way anyone could understand. They even allowed us to do the demo work ourselves resulting in substantial savings. Communications were through txt messages, email, and phone conversations, always advising us as to where we were in the process. On the day of the job, they called prior to arriving with an exact time of 800am and showed up on time. The crew, Mikel Hill, Joh Fafangh, and Damion Terrell, were professional, efficient, and communicative. They completed the project in one day and cleaned up everything. If you ever need work done, consider this company no matter what you ultimately decide, they need to be a part of your decision making.

Staff was knowledgeable, polite, professional, and tidy. They explained everything clearly and kept us informed.

This is the 3rd job JES has done on our home. Joshua Stewart, Clifford Scott, Eddie Sam Nicolas and foreman John Rector were all very friendly and professional. The job was for encapsulation and insulation of our crawlspace. The level of professionalism and "being lazy and doing the job right the 1st time" should be their company motto. The crawlspace is now so cleaning cozy that one could sleep in it. JES Foundation is our go to company for all our foundation issues.

JES is great!! They fixed our basement and installed a French drain and a sump pump. The crew was Antonio Williams, Melvin Riley, Ray Barefoot, and Billy Alcazar. They are all professional and top notch. I would hire them again.

Rafael Garcia and Sylvester Bangora were terrific! This was a 2 days job they included digging up the basement perimeter. They were efficient and cleaned up. They both worked hard for two days straight. Very respectful and answered all our questions. I would hire them again!

The three crew members (Gilbert Fransisco, Ryan Keffer, Lamar Royster) were great. I give them a 5star rating. They were efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and did an excellent cleanup after work was completed. They must be the best crew working for JES. I highly recommend them to any past and future customers.

Derrick was punctual and professional. He completed my annual maintenance on my crawl space encapsulation in a timely manner.
