Had drainage installed outside the house. Work by Lee Stark, Delquan D, and Billy A. was done quick and professional.

Manuel Guzman, Jose lobos, and Brady were the team that did the actual work. I am beyond impressed with the speed and quality of their work. Manuel was great at walking me through all the parts of the system and explaining it all again as it went in.

They did an excellent job, were extremely thorough, and were very respectful of the fact that I was working from home while the project was being done. JES originally sent a technician to install a new sump pump in my basement. However that technician messed up the installation, which resulted in a non-functional sump pump. JES eventually sent two other technicians, Manuel Gusman and Jose Lobos to replace the original sump pump with a brand new one, thoroughly tested it, repaired the wood structure damage, and cleaned up all the mess left behind by the initial technician. They were very professional and thoughtful in the whole process. For these two technicians, I would give them 5 stars, but for what I experienced through this whole installation process and mess in the past four months, I would give the company an overall of 4 stars.

JESâ s crew did a fantastic job stabilizing our house. I would recommend JES to anyone. The crew was friendly, efficient and explained everything that was being done along the way. In particular the crew foreman, Jermemyah, was excellent. He kept us updated on the work and scheduling, was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly/courteous.

Micheal, Deron, and Jason out of the Appomattox branch were hard workers throughout the whole project. They would show up in the morning and get right to work. All the guys were very great, genuine guys to talk to and Micheal was very informative on the whole process during the final walk through and check out. My wife and I would recommend JES and this crew specifically to not only our family and friends but anyone needing this work kind of work done! Overall a great experience.
