Vern and his helper arrived on time and replaced the old pipes and the well tank. Very professional. We are pleased.

This review should probably be three separate reviews, but I think it shows my trust in Vernon using him multiple times. He came out to give me a quote on a new gas water heater and relocating it about 8 feet over in the basement. The price was reasonable and he provided me the water heater information so I could see it's reviews beforehand. While installing my water heater, my tenant called and said the AC was not working. So, after completing the install and his other stops that day, Vernon went over later that day to take a look. The repair required a new part, so a few days later he repaired the AC and I had him replace a leaking pressure valve while he was there. About a month later, a house I renovated needed some repair work on a leaky drain before settlement (he was not the initial installer). Vernon went into that crawlspace and repaired the pipe and provided the appropriate documentation so we could get to settlement in time. I had Hamilton Plumbing and HVAC do work at my home, my rental, and then my house flip. I plan to have Vernon come back to run a gas line when I install a gas fireplace and again when I do my basement bathroom.

We needed quick service due to the heavy rain water damage we sustained due to non-functioning sump pump. Vernon was very responsive and was on-site that day and was able to replace our sump pump with a new unit He then returned and installed a back-up system and fixed some piping on the outside of the house. Great service and a pleasure to deal with.

Work was done on time, and it was a pleasure to interact with Vernon. He was always professional and courteous, provided sound advice, and instilled great confidence in his advice and ability.

Everything went smoothly. I had called the week prior to check on getting an appointment to get a new hot water heater installed and fix a problem toilet. The guys at Hamilton were very responsive, took my call and were able to schedule an appointment 1st thing in the morning early the following week. Service was prompt and efficiently done. I would use Hamilton Plumbing again.

Hamilton (Vernon Frost and his son) responded quickly to my initial phone call, rapidly gave me a comprehensive proposal (at a good price) , and came within a day or two (I can't remember exactly) to replace the water heater and take away the old one. Both the old and new water heaters were 75-gallon water heaters, so were very heavy. Our basement, where the water heater is located, is located ~10 stairs below ground level, so both delivery and take away were far from trivial. Their work was fast, neat, and accurate. Both Mr. Frosts were polite and informative. I am no stranger to home repairs, and I was very impressed with their work.

Responded immediately and was willing to come out on the weekend. I deferred and scheduled to meet during the week. Technician came out on time and was polite. However, I felt a bit uneasy because it seemed as if he was taking interest in other areas of the house other than my A/C units. I noticed him looking at windows, TV, living area, weight bench...none of which were near the A/C units. He lingered after the estimate was given and watched me lock my windows and door. There was actually a second gentleman with him, but I was not informed of this at the time of the visit. When I went to let my neighbor know that I was uncomfortable, he informed me that the other man had walked up and down the street looking at other houses. I called the main line and asked to speak to a manager in hopes to reassure me that this was a respected technician and that I didn't have anything to worry about. Unfortunately the manger seemed very agitated that I would speak of his son this way. He actually laughed at me multiple times. I apologized if I offended him, but thought it was important for me to call. He said that he guessed I wasn't going to use them, so I wasted his son's time. If the manager would have handled himself more professional and assured me instead of laughing at me, the circumstances may have been different. He asked if I read the reviews on Angie's list and I said yes and that I came to them because of the good reviews. This is not the first time I have had companies come into my home. None of them ever took interest in anything other than what they came to work on. I cannot say the same here.

I decided to postpone the job for now, but I have used Hamilton Plumbing, Heating and AC in the past and would definitely call on them again. They have always done great work and have always been very professional.

Vernon was responsive, professional and got the work done quickly and efficiently. Both of us couldn't be more pleased!

Called one day and service was completed the next day. I am very impressed with the response and completion of the work requested. Will definitely refer to others and use if the need arises again.

Despite being ULTRA busy, Vernon fit us in, diagnosed problem, did a temporary fix and scheduled us within three days to complete work. From our initial call to his arriving, less than 1 hour. This type of speed and above and beyond dedication earns him the right to our plumbing work in the future

Hamilton Plumbing did an amazing job for the work they conducted. I worked with Vernon who was very professional, responsive and polite in the coordination and completion of this effort. He kept me updated with the process and scheduling of the work. On the day the work was performed, he made sure to lay down drop clothes and kept the whole effort, which was pretty extensive, clean and organized. The water line and hot water heater were replaced and completed in under 4 hours. Upon completion, Vernon's team took the time to properly fill the hole in the yard that needed to be dug up, and retained the original layer of grass that was removed, and placed it back on top. I plan on hiring Hamilton in the future to complete HVAC work on my house. Definitely consider going to Hamilton for any plumbing or HVAC needs, these guys were great!

Vernon called that night and came over the very next day. He unclogged the drain, for a very reasonable amount and in a short time. He also gave me two good estimates on some other work I need done.

Wonderfully! They were professional, polite, and knew what they were doing. They arrived on time, took care of every problem I was having and cleaned up afterwards. Their prices were the best ever. This is now my go-to company for all of my Plumbing, Heating and Air conditioning needs. I am so grateful I found this company. They are the best ever and I have had companies that did not come anywhere close to excellent quality this company provided. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them an 11 or higher.

From the beginning they were very responsive and gave us a very fair estimate that came in below some of the other companies in the area. Vernon and Mitch were prompt, friendly, professional and got the job done in just a few hours, they were very efficient. We will definitely call Hamilton for our future plumbing and possibly HVAC needs.

No service provided. scheduled a service and then I canceled. Bad customer service.

Once again Hamilton Plumbing did a great job! I had an issue with a water valve that went from under the sink to the dishwasher. Hamilton Plumbing took the time to look over some pictures that I took and sent to them and they were out the next day. Fixed the issue in a timely manner and advised me of all my options. If you do not use Hamilton Plumbing then you are doing yourself a disservice.
