Vernon offered to check out our AC the same day. He called before arriving, and once he was here quickly went about his work, explaining to me what he was going to do and why. He quickly diagnosed the problem and solved it. We’ve found a new HVAC maintenance company we can count on. Great service, great responsiveness, good prices. Our AC is back up and running. Vernon Frost, master plumber, installed my Moen faucet that I had bought from Lowes. He arrived on time, was very professional and finished the job in a half hour. It has been working fine since installation and I am very happy with my new faucet.

its a family business that's been in business for a while. they had been out to do work for me twice. price was very fair. and they came immediately in the morning because it was a sort of emergency. they were knowledgeable about what they are doing.

01/28/2021 I called in the morning and left a voice mail message explaining I needed a main shutoff valve replaced. I received a call back from Vernon about 2 hours later and he asked me when I needed it done; this week or next week. I told him I would rather have it done this week but I could wait until later if necessary. He said he had 3 or 4 jobs scheduled for today and if they all went smooth; he may be able to do it this afternoon if that was ok. I said that would be great if he could. Vernon called me later in the day an said he could do it now if that was ok. He said he would be there as soon as he finished rapping up the job he was on. Vernon was there in a little while and looked over the job and explained what he was going to do. He did an excellent job and cleaned up when he was done. Vernon is pleasant to deal with and did a great job.

The technician, Mitch, showed up within the timeframe promised. He completed the work without issue. He cleaned up thoroughly, was very professional, and wore a mask without complaint the entire time (due to Covid19 concerns).

Late in the afternoon before a home inspection I was adjusting the pull-up stopper in a bathroom sink and went to shut off the water underneath. Upon removing all the bathing & cleaning supplies I discovered that both shut-off valves were badly corroded and they were leaking! Luckily, a sister-in-law referred me to Vernon at Hamilton Plumbing, who took the call himself, listened to the problem and told me he’d come by that early evening to take a look. Sure enough he came by, early evening, got under the sink and told me no problem, about an hour’s job tomorrow, but definitely done before the inspection. Well tomorrow really dragged on, but Vernon was absolutely good to his word and finished up about an hour before inspection. Short, short notice, on-the-fly evaluation, and quality, timely work for a fair price. We will definitely be using Vernon and Hamilton Plumbing & Heating again. Highly Recommended!

The only company that was willing to work on my A/C under the summer heat in the attic and did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problems. I'm really happy with the results.

Vern and Mitch are great guys.they were on time neat clean and took time more than most would to explain things. price was fair.Vern had to pay more for part of the system after the quote and didn't charge me back. who does that. just a really great family owned business just the way i llike it thanks again guys for getting us back to nice and cool.

Hamilton is the tops! Technician was able to fit me in his schedule on a hot,sticky weekend. I received service in less than 24 hours of my call. Everything is now running fine and my family is comfortable for the summer. i would call Hamilton in a heartbeat if I ever encounter any other problems with HVAC.

I AM GLAD I NEVER HAVE TO "SHOP AROUND" FOR A PLUMBER, HAMILTON IS MY GO TO HENCEFORTH.

I found my water heater leaking just after 9 AM. Called and was given a quote over the phone. They arrived by 11 AM and were done by 2:30. Very good service. They covered my floors with drop cloths, cleaned up nicely and hauled away the old unit. Price included the new water heater, a new shutoff, valve, fittings, drip pan and expansion tank. Professional service done very promptly at a fair price. I was extremely satisfied!

Discovered a leaking hot water heater in the morning, Victor scheduled a replacement at 1pm. Mitch came out and banged it out in 1.5 hours(I had no steps and a separate entrance, so it was easy for him). Victor and Mitch were both professional and efficient and I would definitely use them again for any plumbing issues.

It went great! Vernon did an excellent job of replacing the furnace and air conditioning. He also made some improvements to my aging duct work to improve airflow. The results have been fantastic. A bedroom that used to require its own window unit to stay cool is now ice cold in the summer with the central air. Vernon and his father completed the jobs in a timely, professional manner and the price point was very reasonable compared to other offers. Father and son have many years of combined experience so I felt confident in their ability to do the work safely. It's been five months since they replaced the HVAC and so far, so good.

There's no good month during Baltimore's summer to have your A/C fail. Should it happen to you, I can't recommend Vernon and the folks at Hamilton Plumbing more highly. The wife came home a day early from our vacation to find the A/C on the ground floor was dead. The temp was 87 inside the house. I called Hamilton from the road to make an appt and was contacted by Vernon soon after. He said he'd come by and look at the unit to see if he could troubleshoot the problem without access to the house. He called me back an hour later and said he had found two issues and replaced the parts but couldn't tell if the fix was complete until he could turn on the unit. He came back later that afternoon and checked the freon on the unit that went down and also checked the other unit for the upstairs, which it turned out was low on freon too. When he was done he explained in laymens terms what he'd found and detailed some other issues that were impacting performance but couldn't be fixed. Summation: these folks go beyond the norm to provide quality service with an emphasis on customer service. Vernon is a rock star, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Job well done.

My kitchen drain was badly clogged and took over 2 hours to drain so I knew it needed to be snaked. I called Hamilton Plumbing near 5pm and they worked to fit me into the schedule the next day. However, my husband was able to clear the clog in the evening. Although it turned out that I did not use Hamilton Plumbings services, I felt I had to write this review to express how professional and helpful they were with me on the phone. I will definitely call them the next time I need a plumber.
