We called Hamilton on a Saturday morning for emergency service (backed up sink). They are a father and son team who came out right away and did their best to snake out the problem. Unfortunately the problem was deeper and suggested we would need to call roto rooter. While thanking them for trying I learned they also do HVAC. We thought we needed only to cap off the air exchanges that we floored over during renovations. The Vernons (dad and son) came back the next morning to do the job and before they left, hooked up the system to make sure all was fine. Good thing they were so thorough because the unit was no longer working but also has a faulty connection which could have caused a fire. We contracted with them to have the CA unit replaced which they did on Tuesday. So, of the last 4 days, they were at my home for 3 days working to make my family comfortable. Extremely nice and knowledgeable. Top workmanship. New to the area I am happy to have plumbers I can depend on.

This is the second time they have done work for me. They are very considerate, they scheduled the job around my work schedule. They arrived in the time frame they set, and immediately went to work. Look forward to working with them again

Extremely pleased with the work that was done. I was having issues with poor hot water flow in the house, and replacing that piping was the only work I initially was going to have done. They had recommended to me that I should get both the hot and cold water piping replaced, since the cold pipes were also galvanized steel, and were probably corroding on the inside as well as the hot piping, and having an effect on the flow. Once they started the job, they removed a section of the cold piping to show me the corrosion on the inside. You could not see through the section of pipe. They know what they are talking about, and recommend to you what is best to be done. They showed up on time, were extremely curteous, and put in a long day to get the job done. Along with the piping, they put in cut off valves at all locations necessary. They cleaned up before they left. They came back the next day to turn the water back on ( the pipes needed the proper time for the adhesive to set before using) and tested the entire system to make sure there were no leaks. Nice to have good water flow now. As I said, I am very pleased and will use them in the future

The father and son team was on time and worked quickly. They looked into fixing the damage I had done by trying to replace the drain myself. It took them about an hour to completely replace it. They were able to give me a quote for future needed work on the spot. They also checked other areas in the house after noticing some water damage to the ceiling in two other rooms. Without asking they tightened a few handles and small details without charge. Overall a great experience. They even called a week later to follow up and make sure there was no more leaking. Would highly recommend them in the future.

I had been wanting to update the faucets in two of my bathrooms, I called Hamilton Plumbing and Heating this morning to see if they were available to do it for me. They gave me the option of allowing them to buy the faucets or have me get my own. I decided to go pick out my own faucets (I'm kinda picky lol). They told me they could be here at 11am, and they were here right on time. They replaced both the faucets for me, they were fast and they did an excellent job! When coming in my house they noticed my hose still connected to my hose bib and asked if I had winterized my hose bibs (I hadn't). While they were here they shut off the valves inside connecting to my hose bibs, removed the hose, and had to thaw out the outside valve to get the water to drain. They showed me how to winterize them on my own for next year. They did this for me at no additional charge. I've used these guys before and have had a great experience with them, this time was no different! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing work done. They are very friendly and professional. I can't say enough good things about this company!

I did not hesitate to contact Hamilton Plumbing as they had previously done two other jobs for me (one was an emergency situation, and they were at my house in 20 minutes!). I have been so tremendously pleased at the responsiveness of this company, and today was no exception. The father/son team were able to schedule the service promptly, and on the day and /time that I requested. They worked efficiently, and kept me apprised of how the job was coming along. Both men were exceptionally courteous, friendly, and professional. I was very impressed at the quality of the installation. I've had work done by other plumbers so I think I'm in a good position to compare Hamilton Plumbing with some of the others that I've hired. Without a doubt, Hamilton Plumbing is A+. I like this company so much, they are on speed dial at my house. Now that this is the third, great job that they have done for me, I have adopted them as "MY" plumbers!

Let me tell you... these guys are seriously the best! We used them before when we needed to install a garbage disposal. With this cold weather one of our pipes burst (thankfully we were home and shut off the water right away) and when we called the Hamilton crew they were able to come to the house within 20 minutes! They gave us a lot of knowledge on how to prevent it from happening again, and fixed the pipe with in an hour. I will definitely be giving them all our business from now on and I would recommend them to everyone! Thanks again guys!

Mr Frost was extremely knowledgable and professional. Having done my homework, Mr. Frost answered all my questions and did not make any recommendations for work I didn't need. He explained all of the work performed and why it was being done. It very hard to find a hard working reputable person these days. I would highly recommend Hamilton Plumbing for anyone needing a plumber. Hamilton Plumbing will be my first call for my future plumbing needs.

Called around 9:00am and spoke with the owner Vernon and explained that I saw water on the floor around my water heater. He said he would be at my house in approximately 20-25 minutes. He arrived on time with his son who is also a master plumber and part of the company. They diagnosed the problem and showed me that the water heater tank was leaking and offered me a couple different options and gave me a price quote. I agreed to let them do the job, they went and got a new heater and were back in less than an hour. Replaced the heater, installed a new expansion tank and replaced the water shut off valve. Removed the old heater and hauled it away at no extra cost. They did the job for the price they quoted me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. They were professional, courteous and did an excellent job. They left no mess and helped dry the floor before they left. I've used them on multiple occasions to fix plumbing problems i've had and they've always gone above and beyond to help me. Always get an A++ rating from me!
