Kyle offered the best price of the three bids we received, although all of them were breathtaking. But we were very worried that this tree (or just one of the large branches) would come down on our roof and destroy our upper floor. The tree was over 100 feet tall. Removing this tree required a crane, and a highly skilled person who climbed up and cut the branches and trunk into sections that could be carefully lifted away from the house and over our front yard. It was an amazing operation. The crew was efficient and professional. Best of all they completed the job without any damage at all to the house or the rest of the landscaping. Pretty incredible.

The company responded quickly to the request for a quote and came in with a much better price than other companies I contacted. It took nearly two months to get the work scheduled, and the day they showed up, they didn't call ahead. I didn't mind the delay, as my job was not an urgent priority for me. The delays occurred in part because of vacations. The work was done neatly, quickly, and well. The workers were polite and cleaned up after themselves. In general, I was pleased with the work.

Kyle gave an estimate within a few days of my call. Once I agreed to the work, the tree was removed the next week. I wasn't even home when the tree was removed. The crew left the area clean. The price was significantly lower than other estimates I received. I'd definitely use Custom Touch again.

Top notch all the way: * Company did requested quote within two days of request.* Quote was low bid of about 5 solicited and Kyle said he could do work in a few days. * Selected company on basis of other Angie's list reviews and extensive history of work in county. * Crew of 6 came exactly as promised and completely finished in less than a full day. Fully professional in demeanor and performance. * Equipment employed was heavy duty and superb; Workers worked like a well oiled team; Joe (the guy in tree branches) cut, roped and directed the pieces seemingly effortlessly yet expertly, like a ballet - a joy to watch. * No damage whatsoever, in spite of wires, plantings, house etc. *Cleaned up completely. Experience was as good as it gets.

Kyle Adamson and his team are awesome. I received an excellent price (50% less than the lowest of the 3 other price quotes). They came the very next day after I called Kyle to schedule a day for the work to be done. A crew of 6 competent men with an unbelievable amount of super tree removal equipment arrived at 6:50 A.M. and they began work at 7. They were done by 9:15 A.M. including cleanup. I would highly recommend Kyle and Custom Touch. They are simply ''THE BEST''.

Very good job. The crew was early, finished quickly, the price was excellent. If I had one little complaint, it would be that it would have been nice if the ground was left better groomed after the stumps were ground up, but for the price, I have no room for complaint. It only took me a half hour or so to level out the area. I highly recommend them. Their pricing was excellent, they were timely, courteous, careful.
