Description of Work: The built a new sunroom, one level above ground, and a new deck with a french door replacing an existing window. They were nice, clean, organized, and worked really hard to complete in a timely fashion. Their product is excellent and aging well.

Description of Work: We purchased a sunsetter awning for out patio. We love the awning but we also purchased a screenroom for the awning and the salesman did tell us that they did not sell many but he should have told us that the young men sent to install it would not have any idea of how to install it. They did give us a few hundred dollars off the price but it was still disappointing. The sales also did not tell us how hard it would be to set up. We've only set up the screen room once.

Description of Work: Took down existing deck and installed a 12 x 20 glass sunroom. The work was done in a professional and timely manner. We couldn't be more satisfied. We spend a lot of time relaxing, reading and at this time of year enjoying to colors of the trees changing. Only thing better is watching the snow falling in the winter. Description of Work: IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY RUN THE OTHER WAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN GO. This vendor actually was the manufacturer/supplier (dba Sunquest) of the materials for the job actually performed by another company. Dealing with this company was one of the worst experiences of my life. They originally told the contractor they could deliver supplies within 7 to 10 days, no later than July 28. I got a call from their representative on July 25 saying he messed up the order and it would now be delivered August 7th. My contractor was told on Aug 5 it was shipped and then we were told on the 7th it was not and it would be Aug 18th. Materials were finally delivered Aug 19. I explained I had sold the home and had to find somewhere to stay, I moved out of state, while waiting for material. Their attitude was "oh well, lough luck, and something more colorful". No one up the chain cared any more than the original rep. They would not cut us a break on cost, help defray my travel expenses incurred because of this. Basically no effort at customer service at all. Getting a response to phone calls was next to impossible. The materials appeared to be adequate quality but could have been gold plated and it would not have made up for their incredibly unreliable and unprofessional work and treatment of me and my contractor. I am just glad I did not hire them to do the actual installation as well.

Description of Work: I made an appointment. Adam came to my home. Gave a presentation about the products his company provides. We were impressed. He provided an estimate. |We accepted. We are not the very beginning of the process. No work has been done, however we have made an initital payment. Anticipated start date is end of August. Adam has been outstanding. |

Description of Work: We bought a SunSetter awning for our sliding glass door. The door is in a problem corner and was heating up our living room in the summer, we usually kept the curtain closed to keep the sun out. Someone suggested to try a SunSetter. We found a dealer at Sunquest in Mt Airy and checked it out. We spoke to someone named Brian (I believe that was his name) and he was very helpful and patient to explain everything we needed to know. I had made a picture of the patio and he told us where to measure and what measurements we needed to have for a SunSetter to work for us. |After that we went back and ordered a motorized one which arrived at the time promised. We did not need installation services. |The SunSetter is up, working beautifully and keeping the curtain open and the living room cool. I wish we had thought of this some years ago. Very good purchase, no regrets.
