Description of Work: I bought the servive to provide an outdoor hose bib replacement. The service tech was on time and very pleasant, however, the new hose bib is leaking.

Description of Work: These guys charged me $500 to replace a fitting. Unbelievably overpriced. They charge you $70 just to give you the estimate for this price, so by the time you get the estimate your already $70 in the hole, and you have to consider losing the $70 to go get another estimate. Pretty dirty trick. I was getting a warranty repair on my home, and the $500 was so outrageously high for this small repair that my warranty people refused to pay the amount I had already paid up front. So I ended up getting first robbed by these guys and then stiffed by the warranty folks. A terrible experience all around - NEVER AGAIN.

Description of Work: Installed new outdoor faucet and did plumbing inspection. Though it was no problem for me to repair, no where was it told that the wall behind the faucet might need to be opened for access.

Description of Work: I had them out to replace a hose bib, an Angie's List deal that included a whole house plumbing inspection. At first, everything was fine. The old hose bib had been installed and covered with concrete, so the tech had to chip away the old concrete. Rather than installing the new one deep into concrete, he offered to install it the right way. That meant he had to place a short length of pipe, put concrete around it, and come back a second time after the concrete dried. He said it should dry in 12 to 24 hours, so I scheduled him to come out several days later. He and another tech were out a total of 4 or 5 times to finish this job because the concrete never dried. This went on for about 3 weeks, which was disruptive to me (needed that hose bib to fill the pool). On his last visit, the tech insisted the concrete was dry. It was not (my guess is he used the wrong material). His response to me was that it didn't matter if the concrete was still wet, because the work was warrantied for 2 years. I was so fed up (and tired of having to book 4 hour windows for them to come out), I told him to go ahead. Mid-way thru the job, he left. He came back a while later and told me he had gone to home depot and purchased a quick dry concrete that dried in 7 minutes. The bib was installed...same as the old one, buried in concrete. He did do the whole home plumbing inspection that first day, and recommended about $2,500+ in repairs, and tried hard to sell me annual services. I found out from the second technician that these guys work on commission. Given this experience, I would not use them again.

Description of Work: I bought the Angie's list deal where Ben Franklin would come and inspect the plumbing and install 1 hose bib faucet. They came on fine for the inspection. Installation of hose bib took 3 weeks because they had to order a part that was not in inventory. Overall, I'm happy with the service provided. I just wish they would not give you a 3 hour window for plumber to arrive.
