Description of Work: I paid $99 for their toilet install deal. The initial appointment set up was easy and went well. On the install day there was an issue with my home address being incorrect (they arrived at an old address). I don't blame them for this (although my 'deal' receipt had the correct address) - but the dispatcher did seem to want to blame me for the mix up. This delayed the appointment for another 90 minutes. The plumber who did show up did not seem eager to do the job and kept pointing out that he wasn't there to put the toilet together or help move it into the bathroom. I wasn't looking for free services and I would have been happy to pay for any extra services if needed/properly communicated. After a few minutes of going back and forth - I just asked him to leave. I think the morning started off bad with the address mix up and just got worse from there. I could maybe see on the right day with right plumber this deal could have went better, but unfortunately not for me.

The work was fine and it was quick. Plumber did come within the window of time allotted - 8am-10am. I feel that I was taken advantage of on the price however.
Description of Work: I had a hair clog in my bathroom drain. The plumber snaked it 5 feet which took about 10 minutes. I had a $25 coupon so it actually ended up being $285. That is still a ridiculous amount to pay for the work that was done.

They let me know if there are any problems with the plumbing. Since I have a contract with them I am on a preferred list so they are very responsive to my needs. As far as I can tell they provide me with quality work.

They did a good job. I did some comparison shopping and their price was reasonable. They were on time and polite. They just went about their business and weren?t intrusive at all. They gave good advice. I would use them again in future if need be.

They service my water heater consistently. They have a program like an insurance program where you donate eight dollars a month and you are a premier customer. They come out the same day for premier customers. All that money accumulates and that money can be used to anything they do for you.

Rob, the plumber, was on time, very polite and knowledgeable. While the work is guaranteed for two years which is commendable their pricing structure is extremely high. The repair work took all of ten minutes maximum with the plumber being at the residence a total of 25 minutes which includes speaking with me, doing the job and completing the paperwork. To be fair, for a monthly fee to join "Ben," a 15% discount could be obtained.

Prompt, gave a two hour arrival notice and arrived early! Workmanship was great and the mechanic was polite and was careful not to soil carpets, etc.. We appreciated their service to the point we entered into a monthly contract @ $5.95/mo. which insures prompt service and a 10% discount on all parts.
Description of Work: Converted the intake so that we can bypass the water filter system and water the garden, wash cars and otherwise use outside thus saving the filtered water for inside use. They also replaced the filter cartriges.

I FELT THAT IT WAS WAY OVERPRICED. THE MAIN GOAL WHEN THEY ARRIVED WAS TO SELL ME A NEW TOILET FOR 593.00. I WAS GOING TO BUY THE NEW TOILET, HOWEVER THEY MEASURED WRONG AND WHEN THEY RETURNED A WEEK LATER, THE TOILET WOULDN'T FIT AND THE SOLUTION WOULD HAVE BEEN TO PUT A HOLE IN MY WALL. SO INSTEAD, THEY FIXED MY TOILET USING THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE DEPOSIT I HAD PUT DOWN ON THE TOILET THE WEEK BEFORE. I THINK THAT THEY OVER CHARGED ME.
