Service man was very prompt and courteous Replacement of the hose bib and repair of the pipe went off without a hitch. Company has a set price policy wth certain repairs falling in a pricing category. Everything needed for the repair was on hand . Minimal cuts were made in the wallboard to access the pipes and the cut pieces were left so they could be replaced at a later date. I was unsure if wall repatching was included in the price but I have to have electrical work done in that vicinity soon so I didn't mind the holes being left. The inspection was less than I expected. Cursory looks at the facilities., No leak testing of the toilets, No inspection of the other outside hose bib. To be fair, I told him there were no other problems. He did find a broken toilet handle but I declined the repair. Overall a very good experience and a good value for the price paid. I will definitely call them first when additional service is needed.

We were in the process of selling our home, and the plumber was detailed in his inspection, suggesting where we might replace parts, how we might replace parts, and even offered a bit of guidance and education about the septic system in the new home we were going to purchase. (Not currently familiar with septic and wells just yet.) He was very professional, and we would call this company again when we are in our new home.

It went well. Wished they included the drywall repair. I checked the other plumbing companies. Most of them included the drywall repair.

They came on time, and did job. Except he said he was unable to access the outside line when he should have been able to. We had another plumber come out to do this part.

Our plumbing system is in good shape, nothing needed replacing.

The technician was very punctual, thorough, and efficient. It was a very pleasant experience and all services were performed as advertised. He also provided some free tips on how to save money as well as a thorough plumbing inspection of my house. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs as we will be using them in the future.

It was great. The plumber adjusted each of the toilets' water level which has saved me on the water bill. He answered all of my questions and made some suggestions.

Contract was prompt, professional and did an excellent job. I felt duped however by their "Angie's List Deal" - no deal at all. The price was $109 to replace the outside valve. I assumed it was going to cost move because there was other work - the ceiling in the basement was drywalled, etc.... The plumber took a look at it and told me it was going to cost an additional $350! OUTRAGEOUS! Ok, another $100, no problem. But over $400 for an hour's worth of work, a foot of 1/2 copper pipe and ball valve (HD cost for that stuff - UNDER $10). As soon as I said no, he offered to do it for an additional $250. While I was NOT happy about this either, I really needed the work done so I said to just do it. I feel RIPPED off by this vendor and would not use them again, nor recommend them to anyone in the future. This is just bad business practices.

All went well. Plumber was a real professional and knew his stuff. He was very helpful and informative.

Technician arrived on time, explained what he would do, and proceeded to perform all tasks in an efficient manner.

I called the week prior and spoke to an operator and asked for more accurate pricing since the faucet was in a stone wall and may have needed more work. She could not provide me with any pricing estimation. She was professional and nice but I hit a wall here. I received a follow up call from Gary who identified himself as a supervisor and offering to help get what I needed. I called him back and though he could not provide pricing info, he was more helpful in setting up an appt. to get an estimate with the service charge waived. The appointment was on May 13 between 7 and 10 am. I received a call from the Mount Airy, MD office informing me that the technician was on his way. Eric arrived in his vehicle around 9:40ish. He was friendly and professionally presented. He examined the area outside and within the house. He was thorough in his explaining what needed to be done depending on the scenario. Fortunately the tubing for the outside faucet ran underneath my stairs so no wall demolition was needed. He offered and assisted with getting a bunch of stuff from under the stairs and got right to work. The work was accomplished rather quickly. While the glue dried he performed the whole house plumbing inspection. He pointed out some minor items and offered some solutions which I could do on my own or for which they could perform the service. He placed an informative sticker on the hot water heather giving instructions to shut down in case of an emergency which was a nice touch. He offered to place everything back but I declined his generous offer. Overall I was happy with the service provided and would do business with them again.

Terrific overall, no complaints.

He did it and now the toilets do not even flush the way they are supposed to. I cannot remember what I paid for this. I did not think that it was worth it.

The appointment process was very efficient. They are courteous and responsive on the phone. The technician showed up on time. Everything about the experience was first rate. Only complaint is about the price of the installation of the new faucet.

Toilet installation and kitchen faucet installation went off without a hitch. However we had issues with the items that were replaced in two other toilets. However, the plumber came back several times until the matter was resolved, replacing those items again and made sure everything was working correctly.

Saw an Angie's Deal and took it.

So Impressed!!! The plumber sent was awesome. Even though I need a new water heater now, he didn't try to "sell" me or anything, just discussed capacity, brands, what is included with installation-- which I asked for all this info. This guy really knows his stuff! I really appreciate the honesty and professional manner of this company. In fact, I had already had previous estimates, etc. to replace the heater and just had not followed up, but now, I don't want any other company or plumber to do the install. I'll be calling them back to schedule. All professional plumbing, electrical, etc. work is expensive.... There is no way around it, but all who intend to do it right charge about the same. licensed and to code is important and I appreciate that everything is done by the book and done right the first time. This is why I will schedule with them as I can tell they will back up their work. Having had many other experiences with unlicensed or cheap labor--- this guarantee is well worth it! The repairman showed up on time and did a thorough job. He explained everything to me. I was completely satisfied.

The technician showed up on time and was very friendly. He completed the toilet tune ups promptly and explained to me what he was doing. All of that was greatly appreciated. He also discussed other possible causes of the toilet's intermittent running, and due to that conversation, I was reminded where my water shut off valve is--pretty important stuff! The tech also spent quite a bit of time also talking about recaulking in my bathroom, which was also helpful advise. I could have done without the upselling that he tried to do on the water pressure relief valve, however, which became quite a long conversation. All in all, a great job with what he came to do, just a bit too much discussion of other things he could fix.

Originally we needed the orifices to be changed in our new stove, from natural gas to propane. They were unable to do this as the stove people could not provide the information needed and they were reluctant to do it incorrectly. They did, however, find and appliance repair company who could help us and they charged nothing for the hour or so this whole process took. The actual plumbing work they did was done quickly and professionally and we were very pleased with the finished job. They also have a Maintenance Program which is inexpensive and includes a whole house plumbing inspection which we are going to sign up for. We were pleased with their work overall.

After the water heater flush and toilet inspection, the technician advised on what was needed for one of the toilets: a $269.00 replacement of the valve, flapper and supply line. He also gave an estimate for replacing the anode in the water heater, again for $269.00. Both these costs are well above the normal charges. It looks like this company uses Angie's list to get in the door and sell some overpriced plumbing services. I would not recommend this company.
