Description of Work: Checked out well pump in emergency. Replaced pressure gauge and stop valve. Good quick and efficient service. Very pricey - based on book standard prices, not parts and time. Hard sales pitch to sign up to regular maintenance contract with good member savings - but on very high initial prices. Provided estimate for replacing pump. Had it done by another firm for significantly less than half the estimate.

Description of Work: When we called to schedule, a company rep (Xavier) said they don't serve our area, so the order can't be fulfilled. The rep was courteous and helpful.

Description of Work: The scheduling went smoothly, and they showed up on time. However, he told me that they do not drain water heaters older than 10 years because the valve is old and might not close up. That was a feature advertised and it was the main reason for my purchasing the special. The age restriction was not mentioned in the offer. He then checked out toilets, faucets etc. (which I knew were fine) (the facucets are all less than two years old) and gave estimates on cleaning out sediment in bathtub faucet cartridge (hundreds of dollars) and replacing water heater. I contacted the office and they were very very nice about the whole thing.

Description of Work: we purchased HoseFaucet-732950-1 for $133 but were unable to use it with the company. we had a leak that we thought would be fixed by replacing the hose faucet but it turned out to be a leak farther into the pipe that they had to replace and do some work inside also to fix the problem. they did not take the coupon for the work they performed and we paid paid over $400 for the other repair. since they didn't take the coupon adn we have no other use for it, we would like to have it voided and get a refund for the $133 paid.

Description of Work: Regarding the question, Did the company perform any services? He did not attempt (including cutting holes through my drywall, which now have to be repaired) but ran into difficulties and could not replace my existing faucet. In the end he said that I would have to relocate my existing faucet and the additional cost would be $1181.00 per an estimate that he left for me to consider. I called another plumber who has proposed to replace my exisiting faucet for a cost of $500. Quite a difference!

Description of Work: Didn't really do anything, just came out and told me i needed new toilets which would cost about $900 a piece! I expected him to get his hands dirty and jump right in. He was helpful with giving me tips and he was incredibly professional. Just the prices to fix one pin hole was $279 per pipe. Way too expensive, you can absolutely do a repair cheaper than this cost.

Description of Work: The $229 was a routine replacement of a toilet shut-off valve. I am guessing "maybe" cost at most should have been around $150 { ($100 per/hr labor + given part costs about $15 ) $50 for shut-off valve)}. Great , curtious, and punctual service but prices IMHO are way out of line and overpriced. So if you like good service at a price...these are the folks to call..
