Description of Work: They removed a tree for us. The work was fine just very expensive.

Description of Work: Removed a 12 foot Juniper bush. Ground the stump. Left only a small amount of roots and branch debris behind.

Description of Work: Cut down 5 trees in our backyard- did the stump grinding also. Very happy with the result.

Description of Work: Pruned Crepe Myrtle tree. Job went smooth. All debris was cleaned up and hauled away. Very satisified.

Description of Work: They removed 4 large trees, ground out the stumps and removed a brush pile, all in about 3 hours. I was pleased with the work they did and with their clean up of the project.

Description of Work: w used them for removing about 30 white pine trees and were overwhelmed with the job that was done. They were very quick, did what they said they would do and showed up on time. They were amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future!

Description of Work: Appalatian Tree Service had done previous work for us several years ago when they removed several branches from a healthy maple that blocked too much sun from the front house windows. This time the company removed two huge trees, more than 70 feet tall. One was a healthy maple tree in the backyard that was completely pulled out of the ground by its entire roots by Hurricane Sandy; it landed completely within our back yard without touching the deck. The second tree was a huge blue spruce, planted in 1978, in our front yard that had lost its beauty with several branches that were droopy. They set aside a small pile of wood from the fallen maple tree that was in the back yard for our neighbors to burn. They ground up the rest of the back tree and the front tree with their massive equipment into pulp that was blown into two massive trucks and carted away. They started in the afternoon and returned the next morning to finish the job. Both front and back yards were completely clean of all evidence of the trees when they finished. Their workers are professionals and pleasant. We trust them and recommend them with pleasure.

Description of Work: None - The company went to visit my property on 15-Sep, and e-mailed me the estimate. When I signed the estimate and faxed back to them, they said that someone will call me to set up an appointment. today, I recieved a voice message stating that they don't service that part of the city. I'm upset with them for putting me through their process only to tell me sorry. The city was good enough to do the survey, but not good enough to do the actual work? I was not happy, and I sent them an e-mail stating such, as well as let them know I would report this ill process of theirs.
