George brought levity and attention to detail to the project, working to make sure everything was accomplished for maximum function and beauty. Unfortunately, the situation only got worse from there—he rescheduled our agreed date, canceled on the second, and then offered to send someone out at 7:30pm, well past a reasonable time.
