Very professional I recently hired a handyman to install a new bathroom sink and vanity in my home and I couldn't be happier with the results. The handyman was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job with the installation. The sink and vanity look fantastic and are exactly what I was hoping for. Yes the work they did on the deck and also the walkway was done very well and good quality work. Just a little more work on the deck which is ceiling it and having to wait until it dries to do that.

The stair bannister leading to my upper floor was very wobbly and I was afraid it would break. The gentleman came and stabilized the bannister! I know it will ultimately need to be replaced but is steady now and he is going to give me a quote on what replacement will cost. I am SO VERY THANKFUL for his prompt and professional service.

Demetrius Simmons owner of SimmonsHandyman, and his helper did quality work replacing the ceiling in one room and replacing two bathroom fans. The cost was in the ballpark of the Angie automatic estimate. Demetrius understood the scope of the work requested, was easy to communicate with, was respectful of property, sheeted or covered all non-movable items, and laid down floor protection. Pricing is by the job, not the hour. Materials in my case were extra but charged at cost with the receipt to prove it. Payment is cash, check, or Zelle only. There was no bill of materials price estimate provided, so someone unfamiliar with the materials required to do the job may not have been able to calculate the material cost accurately. I highly recommend Demetrius for any small carpentry jobs you may have and I will definitely be using him again.

Installed 4 ceiling fans and 1 chandelier. Excellent service, done in a timely manner. Arrived punctually and began work promptly. Used drop cloths to catch debris and cleaned up nicely. Friendly, polite and respectful. Price was as quoted and very reasonable for the service provide. Very flexible and even installed 1 additional ceiling fan for an additional fee. Worked thru a couple of challenges with bad parts supplied by the manufacturer with no problems, to get the job done. Good quality work, professionally done. Highly recommended.
