Hands down the best all around experience I've ever had with a Car Detailer. From the phone calls back and forth with the owner Fred, to the actual work performed on my car, I can't tell you how happy I was to have decided to leave my car with these guys. Upon arriving I could really tell Fred and his son were very passionate about what they do. His son Geoff even gave me a ride home when I dropped the car off. The car looked amazing when I went to pick it up. Every inch of the car was cleaned, wiped, or waxed to an amazing shine. They really did an outstanding job, I can't see myself going anywhere else to have my car detailed again.

Detailing includes not only the exterior and interior, but the engine compartment as well. Any minor scratches or dents are buffed out. The Cars Guys also provide pickup and delivery, including pickup and delivery to BWI. I would not go anywhere else to have my car detailed.

I came to him seeking assistance after I dented my rear fender. He ended up saving me several hundred dollars, kept his words and delivered my car looking fabulous, as promised, on the day he promised. I will use Fred again.

I used the very handy drop off and pick up at the BWI airport service and it went off without a hitch. The shop and grounds around it are spotlesswere spotless. The pricing was a bit on the high side, but you get what you pay for and they deliver a great product. These really are ar guys and I'll back.

The companies great. The owner is very friendly. It's a local business so you get personal attention. I went to them because they did excellent work for two family members. The car was finished on time. The employee who did most of the work walked me through everything he did. I really appreciate being able to SEE exactly where my money went. My car has to last many, many more years (especially in this economy) and with their help it will.

Fred and "The Car Guys" are very professional and responsive. They do a great job making your car looking as good as new. We use them for both our cars once a year after the summer travel. They pick the car up and bring it back to you if you wish. They give you options and prices based on what you are looking for. Great experience! Highly recommended.

Fantastic service- nothing was too much trouble.

I took my 7 day old 2013 Super Black Maxima to them for detailing. I knew the car could look better than what the dealer did for me. They explained what they were going to do in complete detail. When I returned to pick up my car I spoke with another super satisfied customer that was picking up his white minivan (which was brown when he left it) and smiling as if it was a new vehicle. That customer was leaving another car. My car was absolutely beautiful. They even wiped down the inside and cleaned the old plastic mats that I stuck in just to protect the new ones. They explained in detail what I needed to do on my own to care for the car. I feel like I finally found a place that will care for my car as much as I do. Fred and his team were great. What stood out to me was the excitement they show for what they do. That meant a lot to me.

Overall they did a good job. What I found is that the alloy wheels had some small areas they neglected to clean which was minor. I didn't notice this until I got home. They detailed the interior and exterior of the car and did a good job in my view. The owner was very courteous and the fellow leading the team that did the work explained everything they were doing and why.

I brought my silver 2005 Mercedes SLK 350 to The Car Guys in late April. I happened to check Angie's List for a good Car Detailer and found that the Car Guys had an excellent rating. I dealt with Fred Blair, the owner as well as his son Geoffrey who did the work on the car. I requested a complete detailing of the interior and exterior of the car. When I came to pick up the car, I was very pleased with the result and felt that they did an outstanding job. They pointed out to me that my headlight covers were not as they would have liked them to be; there were pits and scratches in the covers which is pretty typical for a car of this age, especially one with Bi-Xenon headlamps which dissipate a lot of heat into the headlight covers and cause scratches and pitting. Fred and Geoffrey told me that I had 2 options: a full replacement of the headlight covers or they would try to polish out all the pits. They told me that they could save me about $1000 if they were to rework the covers to eliminate the pits as best as they could. They also recommended that the edges of my rear window be repainted since the paint on that was wearing off; I agreed with their recommendations and left the car there for the repairs. When I picked up the car after the repairs, I could not believe how beautiful it looked! It looked as clean and shiny as the day I bought and drove it home from the dealership. The headlight covers looked brand new! Geoffrey told me that it took him about 6-7 hours per cover to eliminate all the pits and scratches. They did an absolutely outstanding job on my car repairs and I am thrilled with it. They told me that they do everything by hand and the extent of how beautiful it looked was evidence of that. My husband and I were so satisfied with the result that the day we picked up my car, my husband decided to leave his car (a 2003 Chrysler Town Car) for detailing and a rust repair. We picked his car up a few days later and again, we were very satisfied with how the car looked. I heartily recommend the Car Guys--they are perfectionists when it comes to any work on cars and in addition, they are very pleasant folks to do business with.

This is a great company with friendly service. Fred the owner personally went over the car prior to service. It was in and out in a day. He delivered the car himself. It was immaculate inside and out, it looked brand new. Could not find any of the scratches and nicks it previously had. Could not be happier.

I've been taking my cars to "The Car Guys" Advantage Car Care for the past several years. I take my car in about 2 times per year for a detail. They really do a great job. They offer a range of services that include detailing that includes a thorough cleaning of the inside and outside of the car plus additional services as needed. Each visit starts with an estimate of the work you are asking them to do. They ask that you bring your car in for an estimate because they base the estimate on the actual condition of your car and what you want them to do. They provide a written estimate and recommendations of things you may want to do to keep your car in top shape. Work is done quickly and efficiently. The detailing can include the interior and exterior of the car. I have watched them work and they really do a deep clean. They are careful to clean each kind of material appropriately - for example they polish chrome separately from paint since they require different types of polish. They mask areas that need protection, etc. They also can do light repairs and refurbishments to your car. Last year I had some scrapes on my bumper and they were able to clean up the scratches and make it look like new again. I also have left my car with them when traveling. They can take you to the airport (BWI) and then pick you up when you return for a small charge. Its worth it. You get your car cleaned when you are away and you don't have to pay airport parking. Recently, I was picking up a friend. When he got into my car, he asked me if I had gotten a new car. I replied that my car was actually 7 years old. He was really surprised since it looks really good still. I attribute it to "The Car Guys" - they keep it looking good.
