Our car is new again ... Amazing! We have an older car, a 2011, which involved in a rear-end collision. The insurance company said it would cost too much to repair, so they declarer it a total lost. Through some research we found Fred and team with The Car Guys. We negotiated with the insurance company to keep the car and have it repaired. The Car Guys returned the car to like-new and we love it. We cannot say thank you enough. When we first visited The Car Guys' shop, Fred showed us several amazing looking cars in the shop and he immediately had our trust. Fred kept us informed throughout the evaluation and repair process. I would recommend the team to anyone needing minor or extensive work on a car or truck. Great job!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value If I could give The Car Guys ten stars, I would. A hundred stars, even. Last month, my daughter was rear-ended on the freeway. We were told by the insurance that my car was totaled due to the location of the damage and the age of the car. We kind of thought it could still be fixed, so my husband called several auto shops in the area, but none of them were interested in the work after hearing the description. Fred at The Car Guys was the first to tell us that it was possible. He and his guys are absolute wizards with cars, and my 9-year-old, 113K miles car came home today looking brand new. I could not be happier with their work, attention to detail, personal service, and commitment to quality work. I have a very sentimental attachment to this car, and I have to admit that when they brought her out this morning I cried because she looked so beautiful. I went from thinking I was going to lose this car to the junkyard to being able to drive a sparkling, spotless car home. Need body work or detailing? Call The Car Guys. Took an older, low-mileage vehicle to The Car Guys for detail work. They offered to assist me with the detailing, mechanical work, body repair, inspection, and sales. They do an incredible job detailing vehicles, not just the one I was selling but others at their shop. The owner and his son are very easy to work with and professional, as is the team they have working for them. They do all the detail work, but can also take your vehicle to repair shops for more extensive work. Was a very positive experience, which is rare in attempting to fix up and sell a vehicle.

This is the second time using The Car Guys and was not disappointed with their work. They did a full detail inside and out, including the engine compartment. Fred and his crew did an outstanding job and met all my expectations. I dropped it off on Friday afternoon and it was ready by Saturday afternoon. The shop was very clean and orderly as usual. I would highly recommend The Car Guys and I will definitely use them again.

If you are looking for excellent, detailed service and great people, then the Car Guys is your place. I recently took my SUV in for ozone treatment because there was a cigarette smell in the car and some scrtaches on the exterior. When I picked up the car the next business day, I was delightfully impressed. The car smelled like a brand new car, with absolutely no hint of cigarette odor, plus the scratches were no longer visible. I'm so happy. Fred, the owner, and Joffery were very friendly and went out of the way to explain the ozone process and science behind it. I really appreciated their professionalism and personalized service. I wish there was an A plus I can give them! I highly recommend the Car Guys for any detailing service, and will definitely go back to them in the future. Great service, nice people, you can't get better than that.

On my initial visit to "The Car Guys" , I was met by Daniel & we discussed what I wanted done. He did a very thorough examination & explanation of what would be done as a " full service detail " including the engine compartment. He then gave me a tour of their facility which I found to be very clean , neat & organized which impressed me. I also got to talk to some of the guys about the products they use & the process. My initial appt. was for 1/6/"16 but Fred called a day ahead & had to reschedule to the 13th due to employee illness. That was very considerate & appreciated. The job was completed the same day & I was very impressed with the results , especially the engine compartment . I would definitely recommend " The Car Guys " if you want it done right the first time. I thought the price was fair at $315.00 which included the Angies List disc. After all, you get what you pay for !!

Brought car in Saturday morning (12/5) for an estimate on getting a front fender repaired. Provider was able to not only give me an estimate on the spot, but was able to fix the car while I waited. Car was fixed in less than a half hour, to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this provider.

First time at this location. Car was 3+ years old and this was its first detailing and was really needed. Staff very welcoming, flexible and knowledgeable. Facilites are extensive and is very well laid out. Private entrance with sign and checkered flag easy to miss if you aren't paying close attention.

I definitely found THE best place to take my vintage car to be detailed. The paint on my car was 30 years old, and the "guys" immediately recognized what type of paint it was and knew exactly what technique and materials to use to make that old paint job shine. When they were finished with it, the car looked fantastic. They even went the extra mile and replaced the not so nice looking carpet in the trunk with a piece of carpet that better matched the color of the car. The "guys" were all good to do business with, especially Dan, the Operations Manager, who oversaw the work. I was able to successfully sell my car because of the great job they did. Thank you again, "guys!" I'll be back with my other car.

They did a great job on my M235i. I plan to have my car and my wife's car back over there before the start of winter.

We brought our 2003 Lincoln Town Car to The Car Guys for a full auto detailing. I had called them the week before and we scheduled to bring the car to them on Monday July 21. I told them that we were in no hurry to get the car back because my husband and I are both retired and have another car to use. Nevertheless, they called us Tuesday and told us that the car was done and ready for pick-up. When we arrived, the car was perfect! I realize that many people use the term perfect a lot as a description; however, I really mean that the car was perfect! I also like the fact that when they vacuum the matts, they vacuum a series of stripes onto the matts which makes the matts look very classy. I also brought my 2005 Mercedes Benz to them for a detailing earlier this year and they did their usual perfect job on that car too. We also used The Car Guys last year on both our cars and the results were fabulous. They do a consistently excellent job and are very conscientious about doing great work and being very personable and friendly. I honestly wish that everyone who has a business would run his or her business in the manner in which The Car Guys do. They are the benchmark for excellent work and customer service.

Last week, I took my car to The Car Guys for a full detailing. I have a 2005 silver MB SLK 350 roadster. After the winter and the spring pollen, it was pretty dirty. We agreed upon a day and time for the car to be done. I brought it to them on a Friday and was not in a big hurry to get it back. We agreed upon a pickup the following Wednesday and it was done by Tuesday late afternoon. The car looked like it did on the day that I bought it! In addition to the cleaning, they buffed out several scratches and repaired a small dent on the hood and I could not have been more pleased! They looked over the car with a fine tooth comb and were very quick to see any tiny dents or scratches. They did a very thorough and excellent job. This was the second time that I brought my car to The Car Guys for a full detail and was just as happy as I was the first time around. I do plan on going there again at least once a year to keep my car looking as good as it can look. Everyone that I came into contact with, Fred, Geoff and Dan, were very friendly and I could see that they all have a passion for what they do. And it is clear that they do it extremely well. I highly recommend The Car Guys because I promise that you will be very happy with the results.

I found these guys in the monthly Angie's list book and gave them a call. I chose them because they would drop me off and pick me up at the airport and detail the car while I was away (this was extremely important for me since I only have the one car). When I dropped the car off I was greeted immediately and shown around the place and what they would be doing. It was pretty painless. When I got back, Fred picked me up right away and brought me back. The car looks great (I would say it looks like the day I picked it up at the dealership but it has some dings on it). The work they did is fantastic. They took me through and showed me everything they did including the motor. I would definitely recommend them if you're a frequent traveler.

I?m very happy with ?The Car Guys?! Fred and his son were extremely helpful while guiding though my new winter rim and tire purchase. They recommended options and never pushed me one way or another. Additionally, since I had ordered the tires from a 3rd party The Car Guys had me deliver them directly to them rather than deal with moving them from my house to their facility. Chris V. was extremely friendly and patient as he installed my radar detector using a 3rd party mount as well as tapping power from my rear view mirror. He completed it in roughly and hour and everything looks and works perfectly. While Chris was installing my radar detector another employee was mounting my new wheels/tires and cleaning off my summer rims/tires to prepare them for storage. While the tires are in storage, The Car Guys will be fixing a couple minor rim dings so I?ll be set when I?m ready to swap. Next up is a nano wax which will make the color really pop in the spring! Excellent job, great people and highly recommended!

Friendly and professional. Clearly loves to detail and improve quality cars. Prompt and did everything promised including taking me home after dropping off my car and picking me up at home when it was finished. The results were great. I am picky about my cars and couldn't find fault with anything. The facility is impressive and they have the capability to do many types of body and other custom work on a one stop basis. I can't wait to get my wife's car (her baby) in their shop for an extensive detail and update. This is the place for anyone who wants high quality care for their vehicle.

Would highly recommend using the Car Guys for detailing and repair work. FYI They also offer a detailing service with pick up / delivery form BWI airport. Have your car detailed while you travel, and save the cost of parking at the airport!
