Called Millersville Plumbing and they were able to send someone out to fix the issue four hours after I initially called. Doug showed up when they said he would. He went through a trouble-shooting protocol and determined that there were probably two places along the pipe where the clog could be. It actually turned out that there were clogs in both places. He had to snake out both sections. He put the piping back together under the sink and below the house. As he was doing the final testing we noticed that the disposal was leaking. He went ahead and replaced the disposal. Overall I was very happy with the service and repairs. The company was able to respond very quickly and Doug did a really good job fixing the issue. The sink now drains better than it has in a long time. Thank you.

It went very well. The price was right, they were on time, he was very professional, and the work was finished in about 40 minutes. I am very happy with the work done.

First plumber seemed unfamiliar with our faucet type, and after he fixed the pinhole leafs, some became much worse after he left. The second plumber was able to find and fix them competently

Millerville Plumbing showed up as promised, listened to the problem description. Spent time analyzing the toilet issue. Repaired the toilet in a few minutes. (Which a previous plumber said would require major work). Kyle was very helpful and their price for both projects was less than the other plumber charged for an unsuccessful repair of only the toilet. Definitely the plumber I will use going forward.

On May 15, we purchased the $225 Frost Free Outdoor Hose Faucet Replacement offer and provided 3 possible service dates to the provider. May 18 we sent a separate message to the provider providing our contact information in case they didn't already have it. As of today's date, May 30, we have not received the courtesy of a reply from the provider. No phone call, no message, nothing. This has, by far, been the most disappointing experience we have had with any Angie's List provider.

This service went very well, they were prompt and professional.

We called Millersville Plumbing after 2:30 pm on a Friday afternoon with a plumbing emergency. A toilet was clogged in the downstairs bathroom. The emergency was that my mother recently came home from the hospital and that was the only toilet she could access. Millersville came to the rescue, providing an immediate appointment, fixing the issue with the great customer service they've always provided. Fixing stopped up toilets isn't a pleasant job, but you would never know it from the plumbers pleasant interaction with my mom. They also fixed a leak in the toilet caused by a loose bolt. I've used Millersville Plumbing for all my plumbing needs over the years, from replacing external water line - during winter, snow conditions, installing a new dishwasher, and diagnosing various plumbing issues. I'm happy that I have an experienced plumbing company that I can trust and that values their customers. Millersville Plumbing, Plumbers are the best. :)

Millerville's Plumbing arrived AHEAD OF TIME and waited patiently for me to get home. They were at my door at 12:30 pm for a 2-5 pm appointment, so they were super anxious to finish for the week end or very efficient in completing the jobs scheduled that morning! Regardless, they were punctual to a fault. Once I met with them to discuss the work, they assessed what had to be done, explained their better solution and got right to the job. In twenty minutes I had a new outside hose faucet to replace the one done in by the 'blizzard of 2016'. I could not have been happier with the service or their professionalism in delivering the goods. I would highly recommend Millersville Plumbing and immediately consider them for any future plumbing needs.

I have had a few plumbers over the years so I have a bit of experience in the variance in punctuality and craftsmanship. Millersville Plumbing is an awesome outfit. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They listened to what I had to say and got right to work. When I showed them something that I hadn't originally asked them to to they got to work and got it done with out hesitation. Both of the plumbers were personable and professional. They cleaned up the work area and left things spotless. I will hire them again when I need plumbing work done.

Fantastic! I really liked these plumbers from beginning to end. We had a pipe break in our foundation on the weekend. They were not open Saturday or Sunday but they called promptly Monday morning -- we did not ask for emergency weekend service. The company came out Monday afternoon and gave us a very good quote for the work. Their quote came in much lower than all other estimates because they were familiar with the layout of the house and knew where the pipes were likely to be. Monday night they restored cold water throughout the house. Thursday they came out and did the work. Efficient fast and neat. Their knowledge of our pipe layout reduced the number of trial holes they had to cut. Every hole is neatly done. The quote did not include plaster work but the holes they left in the walls are very tidy. We can live with them for a little while until we have time to patch. In addition, the plumbers were all friendly and kind. We recommend the company without reservation and would use them again.

We already purchased the toilet separately. They quickly unclogged the toilet. The replacement install was done very efficiently and neatly. The seal was clean and neat We used this company in the past and have always had a good experience. These prices are so reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

Arrived on time. Had to cut out and replace cleanout plug for the septic since it had been years (decades?) since it was last removed, at no extra charge. I was able to observe the camera screen as the inspection progressed. Pipe was in good shape. (I had the inspection done as a precaution before installing a patio above it. They also located and dug out the main water supply shutoff at the street so the valve inside the house could be removed. Replaced the valve using a push-fit fitting vice solder. No issues so far. Overall they did the did the specified work for the agreed to price and I have been satisfied with the results.

Friday afternoon my toilet started bubbling. I shut off the water to the toilet. I then called the county and they sent out a truck that night. They said it was the pipes from the street to house. I left a message on Millersville Plumbing service that night and asked if they could call me in the morning. Saturday morning they called and said a guy would be out later that day. About an hour later another guy called and said he was on his way and would be there in less than 30 minutes. (this was happening sooner than anticipated..yeah!). The men came out and it was decided that it was a clog in the pipes, they snaked the pipes and pulled out the clog, cleaned up and were on their way. They were the nicest people. I felt for a emergency weekend call my bill was more than acceptable. The came on time if not sooner. The job was done quickly and they cleaned up behind themselves. I've still got to follow up with them. After they dug up one of my neighbor's lawn, they planted some seeds and got the grass to grow back. That was one of the reasons why I was impressed with them. So, I was kind of surprised that they wouldn't do that.

This is very great and honest company. They did not charge me at all for the diagnostic tests.

My sump pump failed and I was scrambling to find someone to replace it before leaving for vacation. I scanned Angie's List and looked for a company near my home and noticed Millersville's Plumbing. They had great reviews so I decided to give them a try. I called at 1:30 p.m. and was given a price and within 4 hours someone was at my home and replaced my sump pump. I was impressed by their responsiveness and if I have any other plumbing issues, I will be sure to contact them again. Now, I can truly enjoy my vacation and not have to worry about my basement flooding . Thanks Millersville Plumbing!

Made an estimate on the repair of our well pump. He found a different problem and charged us considerably less than anticipated.
