I was happy with the technician and his commitment to getting the job done same day. Everything is working nicely & I would use them again.

Haas Electric encountered problems bringing a 14 foot ladder to my fourth floor condo. They rescheduled another visit bringing a 12 foot ladder. Again they were unable to get this up steps. At that time they decided to buy a Little Giant ladder in order to accommodate my desire for additional pot lights in my 20 foot cathedral ceiling. The crew, Jason and Nick came to my unit this morning and proceeded to install the lights that I wanted. These two gentlemen are very courteous, knowledgeable and Very customer service oriented. One employee actually purchased a laser kit to ensure that my lights would be perfectly straight with the existing ones. Haas Electric should be proud of their employees. The additional lights were installed perfectly without a lot of difficulty once the ladder made it to the top floor! I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your electrical needs!

Haas & Sons Electric was great! They showed up when they said they would and fixed our problem the same day. August was very friendly, responsive and accommodating with scheduling. We are so appreciative, considering it is so hard to find good customer service these days!

Our technician Jason was prompt and efficient and fixed our attic fan. He took pictures before the repair so he would be able to better explain to us what was going on. Afterwards, he even sent a follow-up email to make sure that everything was functioning properly, which I really appreciated.

I had some electrical work that needed to be done. Chris was prompt and very detailed in what he was going to do. While we thought the work would be easy, discovered and ran into obstacles but Chris did a great job of getting through them. I would definitely use him again and was very pleased with his service and professionalism. I will recommend him to others looking for electrical work.

Jason did an excellent job. It was very difficult figuring out the cause of the problem. He was very patient and did not give up until he was finally able to locate the problem. I also thought the fee charged was very reasonable.
