While I had to pay $75 to get an accurate quote for work that I decided not to have done (it turned out to be a wayyy more complicated project than just installing a doorbell) setting that aside, I was incredibly happy with the electrician that came out. She was skilled, professional, easy to talk to and realistic about my options. I will use them the next time I need an electrician. She made the whole difference in my situation.

My project was restoring a circuit after lightening had knocked it out. And no, it wasnâ t a circuit breaker problem, Mike showed up on time. He is very personable,, easy to like, and listens to what the customer is saying. He immediately understood my problem, unlike this web site that tries to force fit the customerâ s project into â Hard wiredâ categories that were irrelevant to my situation. Mike methodically and efficiently eliminated potential causes for the dead circuit, (One of the receptacles had literally been fried by the lightening strike.). He installed new parts and had the circuit with my refrigerator up and running in short order. I wish every experience I have in hiring professional help is as good as Mike provided. We have a issue with the BG&E cable coming into the home (current is flowing through ground and not neutral). This was discovered by a plumber who disconnected a water pipe and got a significant spark.shock.

Nick was on-time. He advised me on the various approaches to resolving my problem and we decided on the most efficient solution approach. I recommend Haas and Sons. I will call upon this company again!

Called Haas & Sons out, they were quick to get back to me, very professional when giving a quote, and never tried to upsell me. The work was done very well, their techs were great to have around.

Great experience

Very poor service. Installed the wrong type of receptacle in the floor and checked the main box which was said to be ok. A second Haas employee returned to say that the first employee was wrong and the box was not in compliance. No money was returned for this poor service. Better training seems to be required.

The customer service and assistance provided was excellent. They arrived early and worked so efficiently. I believe the technician was very knowledgeable and provided me with clear explanations and options to address my electrical issue. My only concern was that the cost seemed a bit higher than I expected given the scope and final option I choose. But I was in no way dissatisfied with the service or the work of the Haas team. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.
