The job was to reinstall the reflector on a recessed ceiling light. It was easy for the electrician, but difficult for me. The job took about five minutes. It is common practice to charge a standard amount for any service call so I was happy to pay for the expertise. Chris Haas is a very pleasant and competent fellow.

The quality work of voltage downgrade is a 5 and microwave work is a 4 star. Taking it out it got a scratch but he will come back in the future. I would recommend them for electrical work. They were very responsive.

Hired them to wire a new hot tub. They did provide a quote that was better than another company by using the exisitng wiring. They also explained what they planned to do, which was greatly appreciated. Technician who came out left the area outside that was worked on not in the best condition. He also cracked the exterior of my hot tub and did not mention it before leaving. He was also unprofessional in the way he talked about the company. That being said when I wrote a review I was immediately contacted by the owner who offered his apologies and corrected the situation. The customer service and communication was great. I would use them again but with a different technician.
