Description of Work: They did not properly clean. Bathroom and kitchen were still very dirty. Left debris on carpet. They ran out of time and rushed at the end. Why? If you barely cleaned there should have plenty of time.

We at Sparkle Maids make every effort to ensure a thorough cleaning of each and every house. There are times that we go in houses that have not been kept up for awhile and we do our best to clean but unfortunately not every stain will come up depending on the time that it has been on the surface, even after making many efforts. We also ask every customer to check over our work before leaving and if you are dissatisfied in any way to give us a call so that we can make it right. Also in the future we recommend calling a company and describing the condition of your house if you are not sure how long the cleaning may take as we would be able to help with timing questions. Description of Work: Great service and great job; courteous and professional. My only negative comment would be that the cleaner shouldn't talk on cell phone and take calls while working in your home. I was home during the service and it was distracting to me so I'm sure that it had to be distracting for her.

We try our best to limit distractions and phone use. I actually personally work in the field many days of the week and there are some calls from customers or employees that need to be answered right away. I have looked into different options such as an answering service but I feel you loose a lot of communication that way. Unfortunately the address that you have on your Angie's List account is in our service are, however you requested service at a different location that we do not service. We do at try our best to accommodate clients that are outside our service area but because of the specific time that you needed service we were unable to accommodate you. We are not opened on weekends but did inform you of the situation the very next business day and informed you to call Angie's List and they would refund your money. After speaking to our account specialist I have been reassured that you were indeed issued a refund. To prevent this from happening in the future there is always an opportunity to check with the business before buying a deal directly through Angie's List. Christy worked in my home for close to a year, one day every other week with another cleaning service, and I was very impressed with her work ethic, her pleasant disposition, and her thoroughness in cleaning. When she started her own business, I asked to become her client. She started Sparkle Maids and has cleaned my house 4 times so far (she is scheduled for every other week). The service that i got from Sparkle Maids was OUTSTANDING!!! I was convinced that it would be a two day job, but Sparkle Maids only took one day to complete my house. I was understanding that the saw dust would take several cleanings to all be gone but long and behold when I returned from work the house was completely saw dust free and cleaned from top to bottom! There were stains in my bathroom that I thought were never going to come out and long and behold they were not to be found. I was so completely amazed by the company and service that I got that I have been using Sparkle Maids for over two years now on a Bi-Weekly basis. I only hired them for a one time clean but after seeing how they made my house look and smell I have been using them every since. In the two years that I have used them I have never had one complaint. I am a very pleased customer and would neverconsider another company. They have went above and beyond my expectations and continue to provide outstanding service.
