2 people came to clean my house I. The allotted time period. They did a very good job.

I used them a few times. Ultimately I decided not to work with them. They did a good job. They were punctual. They were extremely affordable. The reason why I stopped using them is because the main person had to leave town or something and she suggested that I use somebody else. I said No I'll just wait until you come back. When she came back she didn't call. I tried to call and make another appointment and she didn't call back. So ultimately that's why I let them go. That plus some of the quality issues I was not as happy as I was with the other cleaning services I've used. They need to work on their quality of work and responsiveness. About two people would come and it would take about two hours.

Very well. The girls spent two hours cleaning the areas of my home that i requested to include deep cleaning of bathrooms. My home is larger than the size that was specified and so we selected areas to do.

I sent an inquiry on March 27, 2017. It is two weeks later and I still never heard back from them.

They're just very spotty in what they do. I don't think they thoroughly super clean and dust everything that's been my issue with them. They're leaving obvious things and not dusting them like on desks and surfaces if there's a lot of things on it they won't even touch anything and move it to dust under it. Other cleaning people we had if they dust efficiently will lift things up and clean them. They do a good job and everything but the dusting is very spotty, they don't get all the dust of is all I'm gonna say.

She is excellent. I have her come usually every third week.

Christy & Flor came a few months ago to do an initial clean which took about 3 hours & was $189 (I think). We keep our house clean and there's only two of us living here. I asked Christy if she could come every month & I think we've been going for about 5-6 months now. She's great with scheduling her recurring clients and is very flexible.

They did an AWESOME job!! I am still noticing things they cleaned, like the light fixture in the kitchen. I was so happy I've hired them to come in to do regular cleaning twice a month. Highly recommend!

Two women came out to do the work and did a great job. I'm planning on having them come out on a regular basis.

The crew of 2, thoroughly cleaned the kitchen, including inside the cupboards and the inside of the entire refrigerator/freezer. Carpeted floors were vacuumed (4 bedrooms & a club room). Tile and hardwood floors in the Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, entrance hall and all bathrooms were cleaned. Three bathrooms and a powder room were cleaned. Bathroom and kitchen fixtures were cleaned. Base molding was dusted or wiped. Our 2 story, and club room basement, was cleaned in ~ 4 1/2 hours. The crew worked continuously and were very efficient. The crew members were also very friendly and wanted to make sure the house was cleaned to our satisfaction. A job well done!

She did an amazing job! After living in the house for nearly 10 years there was no lack of dirt when I moved everything out. While she did show up late, Christy called to let me know that she was stuck in traffic and she would be there shortly. Christy and her helper made everything in the house sparkle! I purchased a move-out deal and was very happy.

Entire house was cleaned, floors mopped, kitchen cleaned, bathroom cleaned and sanitized, surfaces dusted, carpets vaccumed, baseboards dusted. The house smelled clean when the job was done. I am very happy with Sparkle Maids. I have hired them twice and will hire them again. The price is very reasonable for the service provided.

It was a 4 hour special offer-deal and originally that was to have been for two people for two hours. Flor arrived at the appointed time and explained that her supervisor was to have come too but that she was sick so Flor stayed for the four hours. She was professional and did an excellent job. I had wanted to have the job done between the holidays which was good for me but not so good for the company. However, they modified their schedule to accommodate my request. I hope to use them in the future.

Sparkle Maids was very responsive. They answered my original request quickly. They even fit us in the week of Thanksgiving which is a short week and very busy. It went very well and I was very pleased. I was happy enough to start having Sparkle Maids come in and clean my house once every two weeks. They missed a couple of little things which I pointed out and since then, those things have never been missed again. They always send a reminder the day before that they are coming and let me know at what time. They are reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them.

I wound up being more expensive than when you don't have a big deal. They were very responsive. They were on time. They didn't speak a lot of English.

Two cleaners did a good job overall. Work diligently the entire time they were at our house and we were very happy with the results. Both cleaners were friendly and were knowledgeable. We would recommend Sparkle Maids and plan to use them again.

It was fine. they were able to come when I was not home. The house was very dirty and it definitely felt better after they were here.

s of the tables. I had requested that 2 rugs be cleaned, but it was stated that they did not do that. I had asked for the shower curtain to be changed, which it was not. The clean shower curtain was sitting on the bathroom sink. I was moving furniture and notice that the furniture was not moved and swept behind, therefore, I did it . The plants on the front windowsill of the bay window were just wiped around, nothing was moved. Same in kitchen. The table and other furniture was not moved when sweeping. There were still dusty wipe marks on the glass. Basically, we needed a bit of deeper cleaning than the surface cleaning we only have time to do. I was very disappointed. Finally, we did the 4-hrs for $129 and apparently, only 2 hours were done. On the upside, Christy was very responsive, nice and friendly. I just had higher expectations, including that they would have been more thorough had they stayed the entire 4 hours. Unfortunately, I will not use this service again, nor recommend it.

Christy was great! On time ...did great work...very efficient. Price was very reasonable.

They never came. We tried to schedule several times.

My wife and I recently moved into a new home, leaving behind our hold home which is still in the process of being sold. We inquired with Christy about giving the whole place a thorough cleaning. She answered our call on our first try and was able to schedule us just 4 days later. She cleaned our 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, attic and unfinished basement in under 4 hours. UPDATE: It was discovered a week after the cleaning that our sump pump had come unplugged, which lead to 4 inches of water in our basement during the most recent storm. Outside of realtors and prospective buyers, Sparkle Maids were the only people in the house that possibly could have unplugged the sump pump (perhaps to plug in a vacuum cleaner?). I called and asked them about it, but they said they had used a different outlet for their basement vacuum work. Because there is no absolute proof that they were responsible for the unplugged sump pump (could have been a nefarious realtor/buyer or an undiscovered form of horizontal gravity), I can't dock their grade all that much. All I can ask is that any potential clients should double check that anything of importance is plugged in properly once their housecleaning is over, whether its through Sparkle Maids or another company.

Excellent service! Have no complaints and would use again.
