Excellent experience!! The woman who came to clean the house was extremely professional and sweet and she did a terrific job in cleaning the entire house. I felt very comfortable with her and found her most trustworthy. The price was very reasonable and well worth the work. I have since asked her to continue to be our house cleaner. I highly recommend their services to anyone!!

Sparkle Maids provided great service. Chrissy arrived at the appointed time. Asked what we wanted done and went right to work. The house was cleaned from top to bottom and looked great. My wife was thrilled.

They were fine. One person came out. She was prompt, responsive, and courteous. The price seems fair for what I’ve seen before. She was always on time. If they had a special billing, I would use them again.

Christie got my glass shower doors cleaner than I have seen them in years! The bathrooms were well scrubbed and cleaned, the glass on the doors clear of all dog nose imprints and grandchild handprints. Christie cleaned thoroughly and efficiently and accomplished more than I anticipated. She looked for other things to do and did them. She was very pleasant, professional and comfortable to have in our home. I appreciated the time and effort and looking for things she could do beyond the list I had provided. I plan to ask her to return once each month.

They came on time and did a pretty good job at cleaning.

Christy is very thorough. She always asks if there is anything she missed and is willing to go over and finish those things (which is not very often). She's also very pleasant. I'm so satisfied with her work that I've even referred her to a few friends of mine.

Unfortunately, our first appointment was the day after the riots which created some issues. However, Christy was very understanding and work around that with us. She was prompt and courteous in her correspondence and showed up as promised. She did great work and we came home to a nice sparkling house.

Everything was done to my satisfaction.

She showed up on time having called in advance. She gave us a full 4 hours, worked the whole time, and did an excellent job.

Christy was very flexible with scheduling before the holiday. Was out of town on business and came home to a nice, clean house - nothing better!

They couldnt perform the service because I was outside their service area, but they contacted me and were professional in informing me of the issue.

Broke the 16 hours into 2 sessions. The crew came out the first time and gave the house a thorough cleaning. I asked that the baseboards and chair rail be wiped down additionally rather than just dusted and they accomplished that for us. The first session took almost 9 hours so we still had a little over 7 hours left. Unfortunately, her child was very sick so getting the second session scheduled became a challenge, but we fully understand that she needs to take care of him. She came back and did a good job again cleaning. The scheduling was our only challenge, but the house looked great after each of their visits.

Did a thorough job, called me immediately after scheduling for a next day appointment. Cleaned better than I can.

They never called me back I tried to call twice, I decided to go with someone else.

They called to let me know they do not service my area. She was very nice about it; she called me back within a few hours of my email.

I called Christy on Wednesday and was able to schedule a cleaning on Friday morning before an upcoming party. I used the deal "$129 for 4 hours of cleaning." She and her colleague (I believe her name was Flora) arrived slightly after the time we set. Christy called to let me know they were running late and to confirm my address. The two women worked for 2 hours and cleaned all the items on my list of things to do. Christy was apologetic that the 1/2 bathroom wasn't as clean as she'd have liked it to be, but they were running out of time. There were two things I noticed after they left: two cleaning rags were left outside my house, and under the futon in the playroom didn't appear to have been cleaned. However, overall, the two women did a very nice job. I would use them again. I'm pretty particular when it comes to cleaning services and I think they did a good job, especially for the price paid.

******* GREAT WORK,VERY PROFESSIONAL****** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED******** Christy did a Great Job!, as far as punctuality goes, she called me at 1:30PM and stated that she was on the way over to my house for the 2PM Appt. She arrived on time. My condo apt is very small, about 950sq, I asked her to clean 3 rooms, the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The kitchen cabinets and counters had dark marks on it for months, I tried several times to remove them, but to no avail. She was able to remove all the marks from the counters- totally spotless. The stove top was an absolute mess, again she was able make it spotless. it looked brand new . Great job on the living room. She vacumed cleaned and dusted, I have a hard water problem in the cockeysville area, there was a buildup of rust stains in the toilet bowel,. She hand scrubbed it for 45 minutes, and removed 98% of the stains... it looked great. Finally, I asked her if she would clean the refrigerator. It had a lot of food stains on the shelfs and counters. She said that cleaning refrigerators is not part of the cleaning service, and there is an additional charge for this. However , she did this for FREE!... My fridge is spotless for the first time in months. It took her about 4hours to complete the job, gave me a great rate of $129, usually the rate is $40/Hr. Overall, I'm very satisfied with her work and I signed up for her monthly maintenance plan.

After 3 attempt to contact them, they finally called back to perform the services. They were very accommodating in picking up the key to the property that I wanted to clean. I did not get a chance to see the property until a couple of days later after the services was done and was very disappointed. When I called to ask why things weren't done, I was told that it was a very old house and they needed more time to clean the requested areas and said that they even given me 30 mins extra. They even offered to give me two hours of services for free. I declined the offer because if this is the kind of service I paid for, then I can't imagine the service I would have gotten for free. No thank you....very disappointed.

Christy did an excellent job! Our home was spotless when she left. She managed to get our shower door sparkling clean, something I have never been able to do. She is extremely nice and was pleasant to be around as she cleaned our home. We would definitely hire her again.

Christie did a great job . This was an angies list special but her rates are reasonable for me to use them again.

Christy arrived on time and ready to work! She started with my bathtub and shined it up like a new one. She got inside the tub and worked on it for almost a half hour. It was my number one priority and she gave it all the attention it needed. She brought my whole bathroom to hospital clean perfection! She then went on to wipe down all of my baseboards even though I had not even asked. She scrubed all the floors, polished all of the furniture, turned my yucky stove into a shiny new-looking one. She also cleaned the ceiling fan...again without my asking. She vacuumed all of the carpeting and got down on her knees to reach under the low furniture to clean where I hadn't been able to get to for years. She was pleasant and professional and worked very hard with no break.

Christy replied quickly to my "big deal" purchase and was able to accommodate me within a few days. The deal was a definite value for the money. She was professional, prompt, friendly and did a thorough job getting my apartment into shape. She paid attention to the details (cob webs, dust bunnies and took care not to damage my belongings). She was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to being a repeat customer.

I am so pleased with the cleaning that the girl did...she was very quick and efficient....I thought I could find something she missed but she proved me wrong....I would like to have biweekly cleaning depending on the cost..I will be calling the owner soon..
