Description of Work: Had spilled water out of a cooler in our minivan. Nasty water with a smell to go with it. The two guy team showed up and spent the next 5 hours cleaning the van to a better than new condition. Went way above what was expected. Steam cleaned interior carpets and seats. Wash,wax and clay bar treatment on the exterior. I would highly recommend.

Description of Work: They did an okay job. My car was there during the appointed time but was told owner on vacation and they had several big jobs come in. Car was ready four hours later and it looked good but there were several spots on the inside that had been missed. The gentlemen pointed out they had not put the shine on the step to get in and I requested that be done. However when I got home and looked at it, I had to clean the inside of the door jams where it splattered. I think they just got a little overwhelmed that day.

Description of Work: Full detail, inside & out of my Acura MDX. When detail was complete, he rang the doorbell for me to inspect and pay. As I went over the car, I pointed out cleaner dripping down the sides of the leather seats, and not just one place, but many. I noticed many spots on exterior of the car where the wax was not buffed. When I pointed out, he said, 'oh, I was going to get to that'. I cannot prove it, but I think that the clay bar and multiple layers of polish/wax I paid for were not done, just one fast coat of wax. After he left, I noticed an entire window of the instrument cluster was covered with spray cleaner and not wiped, leaving a foggy, almost illegible cluster. The experience was disappointing as I have used them in previous years and the job has always been very good. On those previous jobs, Jason sent two men and always stopped by to see how things were going. This job had one, his younger brother, at the last minute, which was disappointing as well.

+ -1 moreJason and his team showed up 9am and spent the entire day working on the three vehicles. This is not the first time I have used them so I knew what to expect. They apent the day getting every speck of dust and debris out of every nook and cranny of all three of my vehicles. Unlike some other companies, they really pay attention to the cracks and crevices as well as making the car smell like new instead of some artificial scent. I actually had my mother in law ask my wife if i had "new car smell" sprayed into the MDX! I recently used another servicer for one vehicle and I am now even more appreciative of the job these guys do. I will be certain to use in the future!
Description of Work: Complete detailing of three cars ('08 Acura MDX, '02 Volvo C70 HPT Cabrio & '01 Honda Civic LX sedan). Wash, clay bar the exterior, interior detail including shampoo carpets, polish & wax exterior, clean & condition leather. Cars were spotless and looked (and smelled) brand new upon completion. They charged me $180 per vehicle for the "immaculate package" and it was well worth it!
