Immaculate Detailing

Eddie made a great concession at the last minute and agreed to detail my vehicle after hours at 6:00 PM when the transport truck was scheduled to deliver my Mercedes - because I had an early flight in the morning back to my home in Vancouver Canada. The truck did not arrive at 6:00 PM. Eddie and his associate David waited with me from 6 PM until "Midnight" when the truck finally arrived. And THEN they detailed my car. I was overwhelmed at their willingness to help me at their great personal disadvantage and discomfort. They MISSED DINNER! It was also the hottest week of the summer. After all that they did for me - THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME EXTRA! Where can you get this kind of professionalism and extraordinary help. I was a complete stranger to them. And the detailing they did was outstanding - external and internal - more than I had paid for - all after midnight. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else - nor will anyone I know in Maryland. Amazing - remarkable gentlemen!!

We actually brought a couple of gift certificates for relatives and then also used them ourselves. There was just a little bit of unfinished wiping and overspray from chemicals that I had to clean up. Unfortunately, I wasn’t there when the work was done and I noticed it later. We brought more gift certificates this Christmas.

Jason Conklin, owner of Immaculate Detailing, was my contact person from the beginning. I found him and his company on Angie's List. Immaculate Detailing did not disappoint! The two fellows working on my car used a "clay bar" technique that ultimately made the finish not only clean but also smooth as silk! The $205 I paid for the service ($10 discount for being an Angie's List member) was well worth it!!

Totally taken back by the level of service and the quality of the completed work on the car. no detail was spared in detailing this automobile, from the carpet and upholstery, dashboard, tires, hub caps, et al, the end result was that this car never looked better in my possession.

They came to my house to do this and were on time, professional and courteous. There was excellent communication from beginning to end. Stains were removed from carpet that I couldn't get out. They did a wonderful job - the car looked like new. I was very impressed. Yes i will call them next time.

I purchased this as a present for my wife to spruce up her Forester. The tricky part is doing something like this in winter months, so the first target date we had to postpone due to weather. But Jason was very good in keeping me aware of the situation and suggesting alternative dates, so it really was not hard to get the work done. During the whole process Jason was really professional - confirming the appointment, giving me a one hour window in which they would arrive, dropping by to inspect the job that was done. Totally impressed by the whole operation. The two detailers showed up on time (one of whom is Jason's brother apparently) and went right to work cleaning, polishing, treating the inside and out. And at the end of the 2+ hours I was amazed - car looked even better than when we took possession of it last spring from the dealer. My wife was totally pleased when she saw it. While you might be able to find a less expensive auto detail package I have to admit that in this case the axiom of "you get what you pay for" rings true.

I had a good idea that this car would respond well to a little TLC, my Dad's 1983 Mercedes 300TD, but I still can't get over how good it came out. I'm also very grateful that Jason had so much appreciation and respect for this older car and what it represents. (It's a Father/Son thing.) Outstanding job!!

I called and set up an appointment and agreed to drop off the truck at 9:00 am. They told me it would take a couple of hours but that they would call when the job was completed. When I went to pick up the truck it looked great. They had me look the entire truck over with them to make sure I was happy with the job, and I was very happy. They did a great job and I will be returning to have my car detailed as well.

Eddie and Juan worked REALLY hard from when they arrived at 10:15 a to 3:30 pm with NO BREAK, detailing my two cars in my driveway. The cars had more stains than usual so they asked for an additional $25 per car for the deeper stains but I think that they spent much more additional time than that on those stains and the rest of the car. Seeing how hard they worked, and how clean the cars are, the total with the $25 extra was an excellent price. Worth every dollar, great value. I will have them back for my third car. Thank you to Immaculate Detailing! (they were a bit late due to mixup on the address, I don't think they were given my contact info so I did not know why they were late but when I called they told me right away) PS My neighbor visited a few times to inspect their work, and he was amazed.

Had to ask for an appointment before the weekend (purchased the big deal on a Wednesday). They were very quick to reply and was able to accommodate our schedule. Did a fantastic job, very professional and cleaned up. Really polished all throughout, even the roof. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

After reading positive reviews on Angie's List, my wife recommended we try Immaculate Detailing for our annual spring detailing. I am a fastidious amateur detailer, but have reached the age where I limit myself to compact vehicles. Our Volvo is a large wagon with a cavernous hatch area to clean. I have to say that Immaculate Detailing exceeded my expectations with an outstanding job that, as much as I hate to admit it, was superior to what I would have done. The owner, Jason, took us around our car and showed us every nook and cranny that had been thoroughly cleaned and waxed (or treated). My wife and I are completely satisfied and plan on bringing our car to Immaculate Detailing next spring as well.

One word... AWESOME the vehicle is not garage kept but its well maintained. Although it is almost 12 years old, when the service was completed my wife felt she was driving a new car. I will definitely will be coming back. The service was so great, we decided to purchase the Immaculate Detail Service as a gift. For a slight additional fee, they will come to your location and perform the same service.

This business did a wonderful job of detailing my car.....wash, vac, wax, shampooing the carpets, and all windows. Worth the money and very prompt.

Came to my home and a very thorough job of washing, waxing, and detailing my Corvette. Also did my motorcycle. Workmanship was excellent and the price was reasonable.

I called and initially inquired about detailing one vehicle at my residence. They set a time that was convenient for me and we made arrangements so I would not even have to be there. I called a day later and added a second vehicle and they were able to schedule it at the same time. One of the vehicles was a recovered stolen vehicle so it was in rough shape before they started working on it and it came out looking great. The other vehicle was a vehicle I had just bought from a private owner and it also came out looking great. I was very happy with their service and would use them again.

Jason and his team did a full detail on my car and it was amazing! They paid very particular attention to detail and went above and beyond on a couple trouble spots in my car to make it look brand new. I drove it back to work and had a peer tell me that they thought my car was new, when I told them it was an '09, they were shocked. I take good care of my car, but the job Jason and his team did was amazing! I have had several others detail my car and Immaculate Detailing was hands-down the best I have dealt with to date! Highly Recommend!
