They were very professional and timely, especially considering snow events. Their main office is utmost professional as well as the estimators and installers. They were genuinely concerned with delivering a perfect replacement product and my needs for a timely replacement due to house going up for sale. Excellent price and care of home.

We were not happy with them. The patio screen wouldn?t slide properly after the work. They were tight for that. The office manager was not good at following up.

The provider called right away to schedule and appointment to come out and give me an estimate. I had purchased the big deal for $200 toward glass replacement. Four windows in my home had developed fog in theme due to the seal being broken. Rather than replace the windows I just wanted the glass replaced. The provider arrived on time and based on the estimate for the work ($188 per window) I decided to go ahead with the work. The provider removed one pane of glass from each window and also the lattice in between the two panes. They needed the lattice in order to build the new windows. While there the provided noticed I had a hole in one of my screens and they said they could fix that as well. The windows were ready to be reinstalled within a few days. Once again the provider arrived on time as scheduled. Unfortunately, the windows were not made to the proper specifications and had to be taken back to the shop to be cut down to size. The provider came back out the next day which was a Saturday to install the windows. They were very accommodating knowing I could not take another day off of work. Everything went smoothly.

The workers were great. They faced an unforseeable problem with an old model, but responded professionally, and the job was finished well, as expected.

Since I have been readying my home to be sold the replacement was of the utmost importance. Although it took longer than anticipated to receive they contacted me immediately to let me know of the delay and then immediately finished the job without me having to schedule. Very professional and efficient not to mention very polite and engaging guys! Will definitely use them for any of my window needs again!

The provider knew our house was on the market and we were in a hurry. They tried to take advantage of us and I wouldn't recommend them or use them in the future.

During a recent kitchen remodel, a double pane window was cracked on the inside. I contacted Glass and Screen Hospital after hearing their commercial on the radio. I checked Angie's List and they were not listed. I took a chance, contacted them first by email to confirm that they would come to Carroll County. I got a quick response, called and scheduled the appointment. Andrew and Glen accommodated my schedule. I was impressed with the process. Glen appears to be a master at his craft and removed the broken pane and grid so that they could "build" a replacement window. To meet my needs, they came back on Saturday to re-install the new glass. They were quick and efficient.

I took a broken double-pane window sash into them this morning, and a couple of hours later, they called to say it was done! Getting the window fixed the same day was the most important thing. (Note that most "tilt-in" windows come out of the frame really easily and can be taken into the store without any trouble.)
