I didn't get their names but both technicians were professional, knowledgeable, experienced, committed to completing the project and got straight to work. They let me know how much it would cost before beginning work and helped me take out the box and old window when they were done. They made sure the window was wiped down. They were in and out pretty quick even though the replacement was a bit more difficult considering the location. They were sure to clean up, can't tell they were even here. I already had a series of disappointments hiring for other projects, in the middle of selling my house and stressed out, so this was such a relief. Great job!

The gentlemen showed on time for the measurement and showed on time one week later for the install. The screen door fits fine but we were not informed that they do not fixed locks on the screen. door. So my husband and I paid $275.00 for a new custom screen door that does not lock.

This is an extremely professional operation. We have used them twice now and in each instance they performed in a commendable manner. Unlike many contractors they: 1) respond immediately to calls for service, 2) give prompt and fair estimates 3) quickly respond to inquiries, 4) Arrive when they say they are going to arrive, 5) are great at keeping the customer informed as to what they are going to do and when they are going to do it--e.g. they call about a half hour before they expect to be at the job site. The entire experience was a pleasure from Amanda and Rose in the office to the very pleasant estimators and installers --including the owner of the company. We couldn't be more pleased

I received a free estimate for two windows to be repaired in my home. The scheduling was easy and convenient. The workers who came out (Larry and Brandy) were very knowledgeable and friendly. The workers re-evaluated one of the windows and believed that it involved a more simpler fix than the originally diagnosis. So they fixed it and did not charge me for the original estimated charges which saved me a large portion of the charges. This was very impressive to me as you just don't see honesty like that to often. I appreciated the honesty and the money they saved me. Also, the windows turned out great! I will definitely be using this company for any future window repairs. Thank you.

Part of agreement to sell my condo. Contracted and paid for work to be done but moved before it happened. Very professional, but probably only game in town. If you don't mind the guy talking out his relationship issues on his bluetooth while he's working in your place and deigning to interrupt his vital conversation when you actually have to talk to him about something, then you'll probably be happy with their services.

Andrew and Joe were punctual and professional. They serviced and lubricated four windows in a condo apartment. One window was stuck shut and they very competently solved the issue and left with the window working very well.

The sidelight next to the front door was plain glass. Wanted something more secure. Had an estimator come out, scheduled service and it was done! Also, they have a system where they confirm appts by text, which is very useful.

The estimator was knowledgeable about the services and timelines in the area which was of great help because we were on a tight schedule. He explained what each alternative provider had to offer to get us where we needed to be by our closing. This was done in a very professional, unbiased manner. He also checked over several other windows to make sure their seals were intact. I ended by having estimates from this company and one other. The second company was slightly less as expensive but their estimator was not as knowledgeable. Although it was clear that this company has quite a bit of business and we are on the edge of their service area, they went out of their way to make sure that we had the windows installed by our closing date. They also ensured that we had all the documentation we needed because one pane was damaged on the fairly long drive to our house (it is glass, after all). I feel confident leaving our buyers in this companies hands to see through the work. The installers were quick, professional and neat. Can't quite figure out what else you'd want!

Great . They having their own shop to make glass {and not have to order] made repair go very quickly. Price they gave over phone was so fair that I cancelled other estimates and went with this company . When I got insurance estimate my decision was verified by fact that the insurance estimate was greater then Glass hospital charge . In addition when I saw that their was coupon on Glass Hospital Web Site{ after I had agreed to price} they credited me for coupon and give me a lower price overall. And they came out to do job on a Saturday so I didn't have to miss time from work

They picked up the door that needed replacement promptly per the arranged timeframe. They called within a day with the estimated cost and arranged to return the repaired door within a few days again within arranged timeframe. The mirrored glass was replaced and they fixed the frame a bit too. All the staff I dealt with both on the phone and the pick-up/installation staff were very pleasant and professional.

No Call No Show! I contacted this company to schedule a window glass repair. They gave me an 11-4 timeframe and had the audacity not to show up or provide a courtesy call. Terrible customer service and the epitome of unprofessional.

The first screen was mis-measured. They had to remake it.

The work itself was good and I'm happy with the windows. My only real complaint is that they didn't do a very good job of cleaning up before they left and there were glass pieces left on the floor. I did contact the company and they apologized and assured me they would follow up with their technicians to make sure they did better in the future.

They came out and gave me an estimate, were very nice. I scheduled them to come repair the window, they took it to their van, replaced the glass and had it re-installed in less than 30min.

It took longer then expected because of unforseen problems, but job done was excellent. And, was not charged extra. Would use again.

1. Difficult to call this company. There was no voicemail. We also left messages to speak to manager/owner and noone responded as promised.2.First appt on a saturday. no show and no way to contact company on weekend. 3. We rescheduled but didn't get much apology for not showing up as scheduled. 4. Technician removed glass with no drop cloth etc. Left glass pieces on window sill which is a safety hazard with our pets. 5. Installation was fine still no clean up.

Ok but the appointment times were a little screwed up. Once we figured that out it was fine.

Arrived on time. Performed all work above and beyond my satisfaction. Definitely would use them again if needed.

They came out to measure and scheduled another appointment to actually install window once glass was cut. On appointment to install window, it was discovered the glass was cut to to the wrong size. Scheduled another appointment to install window after glass was cut to size again. Entire process was a bit lengthy (about a month total?) due to the initial measurements being off. However, very professional and the replaced window looks great. I'm very satisfied!

I was very happy with the prompt service and professionalism of this company.

The service people arrived before the allotted time without calling. They took the screens from my home without giving a receipt or something stating who, when, what time it was picked up -or a description of my frames. A week later still didn't hear from anyone regarding the servive so I called only to find out they couldn't locate my screens. The person I spoke with didn't know how to place me on hold so she continuously hung up on me until someone else picked up the phone and told me they will call me back. When they did find the screens which they wasn't quite sure if they belonged to me or not. They gave me a time frame for the screens to be repaired requesting a deposit. The screens were repaired within a reasonable time but when they returned them, again no phone call as to the date or time they would be returning them which I wasn't home accept. When they did return the screens they only replaced one of the screens in the front window but didn't attempt to place the other back in the window. For amount paid for the screen repair would've been acceptable if they would have been more professional on calling before they arrived and replacing the frames in the window as part of the service. The quality of the screens were good and so was the time giving for the repairs.
