It was great! So professional and best of all, no up selling. He could have said that every screen needed replacing but he didn't. He suggested which were fine, which could be rescreened and which ones should be replaced. I really appreciated that. He gave me a orice on the spot and let me know exactly when they would be finished. The office called the day before reinstallation and gave me a one hour window. Andy arrived right on time with an assistant. The screens were reinstalled quickly and efficiently. I also had a concern about the center glass that was foggy and dirty between the two panes on my bay window. He explained why it happened and why it needed replacing. He took the measurements and said I would be called the next day. I expect to hear from them today. Without a doubt, I will both use and refer them in the future! I also loved that Andy wore scrubs, carrying the theme from their business! This is a great conpany. If you have glass or screen issues, call them. You won't be disappointed!!

It went very well. They were prompt and on time. They came first to measure, and came out a second time with the kit to repair. They did good work and it took less than a half an hour.

It worked out really well. They only thing that I question was that I don't remember that if on Angie's List for as a first time customer if we were entitled to a special promotion or discount. They didn't mention anything and I did not remember from looking up on the site on Angie's List whether or not if they offered anything. And I would have appreciated that. Because they apparently get a lot of their customers referred from Angie's List. I guess I probably have to go back, but it's too late to get any kind of consideration for a discount. I guess I should have noted that whether or not there was a coupon or special promotion from their advertisement on Angie's List since that is where I found them. I should have mentioned that to them. They would not necessarily be obligated to mention it to me even though I said I got them from Angie's List. I guess it's the responsibility of the customer to seek that out. I wonder if they would give me a refund, probably not. Next time I will be smarter.

They were prompt. I purchased a $75.00 deal for $150.00 worth of work. The repair cost an additional $60, but it was worth it to get the window and screen fixed.

We needed to have a pair of fogged house windows (18"x33") repaired. In time, moisture had severely corroded the metal spacers in between the glass panes which looked quite unsightly. After talking to the front office staff (Jennifer) and later with Andrew (owner/manager), I realized that we'd save a lot more by dropping off the windows at the shop, rather than having them come out to our house instead. I know this may not be an option for everyone, as many either don't know how to remove the window sach from the frame, or have windows that require a professional on site for handling and repairs. I drove 40 minutes each way, paid $8 for tunnel toll fees, and waited about 3 hours for the repairs to be completed, but it still made financial sense for us and we're quite happy with the end result. My only complaint is that nearly a week after purchasing the deal, I was the one who had to contact them for service. It wasn't a deal breaker for us, but having met Andrew in person, I'm sure he will correct the problem. He was very courteous, flexible, and quite easy to work with. I highly recommend these guys.

The technician arrived on time on the scheduled day. The repair of both windows was accomplished and we were very satisfied with the results. The process of removing the outside middle glass panel of the large window, taking care or the condensation issue, and replacing it with another glass panel saved us from having to replace the window with a new one, which would have been much more expensive than the repair. We would definitely recommend the Glass & Screen Hospital to anyone needing any type of glass repair. We will be calling them again - just found another basement window with a crack in it.

The estimate time & the install time were precisely at the time they set with me. Their concern for the lawn was appreciated as it had rained a bit the night before and they also were careful with the recent finish floors inside. All the person alities of the guys were pleasant & easy to take to and communicate with. A great experience.
