They haven't contacted us by phone (we provided our number) or through the conversation portal. We think waiting a week is long enough. So now we start over looking for a service provider . . .

Description of Work: They were very good. There was a small hiccup the day of the first visit, but I don't see how it could have been avoided. The screens that came in fit, the window repair was very good, and the price was definitely right! I would recommend them again, and I would recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: They came out very quickly to replace a broken glass. They also took some screens that needed to be repaired. It took a bit of time for screens to be returned and I had to follow up a few times. Overall, though, I was happy with the service and would use them again.

Description of Work: They repaired most of the door screens for our patio enclosure. The quality of the work was very good, but they did not deliver in the time frame they indicated. I had to call them to schedule delivery of the repaired screens.
