They were good and professional. They did exactly what I wanted. I guess they're a little pricey. But coming to my house and bringing samples; that was wonderful.

I felt very comfortable with the sales rep who visited my home. Windo Vango gives the impression that your getting a sales rep who has knowledge in interior decorating, as one of their big 'sells' is having them help you choose. I needed help choosing a neutral color that would match the existing valances. It becomes confusing, because the sales rep was telling me I needed to envision the color swatch with a lining and take into account the lighting. This is what I was relying on her for. Needless to say, the color does not match. With the lining on the back, it is a completely different look. They should provide the color swatches with the lining, so that you get a more realistic idea of what it will look like against your existing colors. And they don't give refunds unless there is a functional problem or defect. Their policy is that if the color is not to your liking, then you buy all new products in the new color. Very unfortunate for me, as their products are extremely pricey, even after they say they're giving you a 'discount'. I used NextDayBlinds in the past and had a much better experience for a lot less money. I WILL say that the sales rep knew her stuff when it came to taking the measurements and the installers did a great job installing.

They have helped me with most of the windows in our house, and have done a great job with all of them. They are punctual, professional and friendly. Can't say enough good things about 'Windo Vango" !!

Window van go was easy to work with and helpful in choosing fabric to match existing color scheme. Finished product was excellent.

It went very well. They came on the day and time promised and completed most of the work that day. One piece had to be re-cut. They returned a few days later to complete it. We wanted to make a few minor changes. They ordered the replacement pieces and delivered them in short order. We are very pleased, and would recommend them highly.

I made an appointment to get an estimate for blinds or shutters, and took the day off of work to meet with the windovango rep. The day of the appointment she called to tell me the appointment was not convenient for her and requested that I meet her at "X" time. I thought the customer set the appointment. I had previously ordered blinds, curtains and shutters when Kate worked for the company - it was a loss to the company when she left. She was professional, courteous and respectful of the client's time.

|It took NUMEROUS calls and visits to get a single woven wood window shade created and installed correctly. At one point both the Windo Van Go office assistant and I were in tears. The blind still looks worse than if I had bought it at Home Depot and installed it myself. And I wish I had -- it would have saved me a lot of money and untold aggravation. | |One of the three cellular shades in another room still doesn't hang correctly, but I have given up trying to get it right. Atop those three grossly overpriced cellular shades is a fabric valance. It is nicely made, but was incorrectly measured so it had to be installed too low and looks odd. Even the installer was puzzled as to why it was ordered that way. But the valance was so expensive I now feel obliged to leave it up for at least five years to justify the expense. | |Same with the shades (well, two out of three). They are nice, name-brand blinds, but not NEARLY worth the overblown price. (I subsequently ordered similar blinds online for a different room for ONE THIRD OF THE COST, had my husband install them, and they look just wonderful.) | |The salesperson was nice enough, but in hindsight was inexperienced. I heard later that I was her first customer. Not a good thing for someone needing guidance as to what would look best in a room. | |I feel my need for design advice and naiveté regarding the cost of window coverings was exploited. But I'm over 21 and ultimately was the one who signed the contract. However, it's a decision I regret every day I look at those window coverings. Which is EVERY DAY. | |Overall, I wish I had just followed my own instincts and done the window treatments myself. The Pottery Barn drapery panels I loved (since discontinued) were sitting right there in a box while the salesperson was there, and she talked me out of them (surprise!). I get irritated every time I see the crooked blind and ill-measured fabric valance. | |Positive points: Prompt, experienced installer. Patient and helpful office assistant. Responsive to repeated inquiries and requests for remedies (regardless of whether or not remedies were successful).

They did an excellent job of installing everything. All the shades look beautiful and are also practical. All the people who worked with us were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Everything was done within the time they had quoted us. The price was a bit high, but the quality is worth it.

Everything went great! The installation was smooth, and the final results exceeded my expectations. The service provider did a great job checking all the older blinds and making minor corrections if necessary. Thanks to Barry, it was a great home improvement experience.

Their service was excellent. Their measurements are very accurate. The quality of the blinds are great and they definitely last. They work very efficiently and show up when they are supposed to. Their follow up is also wonderful. I can only say good things about them.

I could have gotten a similar product for a lower price and done it myself but I kept delaying so I decided that hiring it out to get it done was worth it. The estimate went well and the sales woman did a good job at helping me decide on color and cell style and sizing the shades well. However, subsequent emails to her went unanswered for a while, to which she said the company was having general IT issues. The real problem was that she didn't have a record of the estimate she gave me and over email was trying to charge me much more (20%) than our agreed upon price. Whoa. The good news is that I had written everything down so I was able to explain what we had agreed upon during the estimate visit. She agreed to the price I had recorded and we scheduled the installation. The installer was prompt, professional, and efficient. One of my shades has some intermittent issues but I haven't called to have it fixed yet. I would use this company again, just being aware that their email comms aren't the best and I need to record any price agreements (and justifications) myself.

The selection was good, the measuring, estimating was timely and well done and then finally the removal of the old blinds and installation of the new blinds were done very well. I am very satisfied and would recommend them in the future.

Everything didn’t go as smooth as I expected. When the crew installed the draperies for the first time they didn’t do it correctly. I contacted the company and they were very nice about sending the installer back. He came back out and didn’t correct the problem. When he came back out he didn’t even have the proper equipment. However, in the end everything got sorted out. I contacted them at a home show and they told me they would get it fixed. Finally, after a few more times they eventually hung them correctly.

Ron called & showed up 2 hours early. He was friendly and efficient. Both blinds work properly now. I'm a happy customer.

Everything was excellent. I went to two showrooms and talked to a saleswoman at each store. Both were very helpful. I was able to decide on the style of blinds I wanted from the showroom samples. A couple of weeks later a salesman came to my house to measure and show me the various color and fabric options. His suggestions were also helpful. The installer arrived a few weeks later with the blinds and valance. He was efficient and did a great job. He made sure I was pleased with the results before he left. The blinds look very elegant, and do a good job of keeping out the intense morning light and heat that used to come into my dining room before I got the blinds. It was expensive, but the quality is high and the blinds look beautiful, so the cost was worth it.
