Very professional team first measured for precise fit, ordered the products, and then scheduled installation by highly trained and very professional staff. We bought Hunter Douglas shutters from Window VanGo and they are covered by a lifetime warranty, which was honored when several warped slats needed to be replaced at no charge. Excellent service and excellent quality. The products are not inexpensive but are worth the investment. We had 14 windows and a large glass patio door installed with the shutters.

Follow-up service visits with this company have been pleasant. Nick has been very helpful with managing issues and replacing the shades.

The salesman made several suggestions that helped us with the final design. The price was reasonable considering they are custom made. The turnaround time was several weeks after a woman first came out a few days after the store visit, and measured each window for an exact fit. . When they brought out the finished curtains about 6 weeks later (as originally quoted), they fit perfectly and looked awesome. Installation was only minutes for each of the three valences. We have been enjoying them ever since, and will definitely use Window VanGo again.

Because the material for the Roman shades had to be special ordered, we had the roller shades installed first. Ron, our installer, was great and ordered weights for the shades to ensure that they would stay down. Because of the expense of the products, we financed through Synchrony Bank which was a nice service that was provided.

It was scheduled to take 5/6?weeks--it took 14 and their manufactured blind and drapes aren't right. My suggestion is to deal only with Troy (the manager/owner) who continually exhibited high integrity, fairness and customer service. Deal with the others: Vince (the installation manager), Nick and Deborah via email because their phone content tended to be unreliable--they said what they think what you want to hear rather than what they'll actually do. Except for Troy, they don't follow through with timely responsiveness because they're either forgetful, too busy or unprofessional. They also appear to talk to each other and they appear to lack the authority to make decisions. Troy is tremendous! By the way, the blind was perfectly measured but the width of the drapes were too wide but proper length. Again, deal with Troy--he's committed to making things right! Their ultimate price was fair and Troy will visit to fix the drapes.

Company has changed my impression, They have been increasingly responsive to our questions and concerns. Amended the orders damaged blinds. We sincerely appreciate their responsiveness and attention to detail.

First, the Designer came to my home to provide samples and measurement of the window. She was very helpful/supportive with assisting me making my product color/style selection. The best part, with my Angie's List Coupon, I saved also $800.00. I had to wait a few weeks or so for the product delivery. I got worried and called to inquire about the delivery after the specified time-frame; it seems they almost forgot about me. But a few days after my call, the blinds were delivered and installed. My curtain Rod was also installed. Since that time I have been very pleased. Thank you.

I purchased the agreement on February 27. They called me on February 28. I made my appointment with them to come out on March 7. Interior Design Consultant Ashley Jordan arrived. I told her that I wanted the exact same mini blinds that I have on all my downstairs windows installed on my upstairs windows. She did recommend the 2" blinds would look better. But, she wrote up the client proposal for the 1" mini blinds I originally wanted, and said it would take about two weeks However after a few days, I decided to take2" the suggestion of Ms. Jordan to get the 2" mini blinds. I called to let her know that I had changed my mind, and decided to go with her suggestion. She was very nice to change my ordered to upgrade to the 2" mini blinds with the valances. The mini blinds were installed on March 24. Once the mini blinds were installed, she did a follow-up call a few days later to see if I was satisfied with the installation and my selection choice. I said I was very satisfied, and I'm glad I changed from the 1" to 2" mini blinds with the valances. Finally, I would like to say that I liked Ms. Jordan. She is very professional. She came into my home, and I told her what I wanted. She showed me samples. I made my selection, and she took measurements of my upstairs windows. No wasted time. I would say to anyone looking to use this company for window treatments to ask for Jordan Ashley.

They quoted me over $1200 for 3 windows! I said that was way out of my budget, and I wasn't willing to spend that much on blinds. I drove to their store to look at options and I spoke with the same decorator and she showed me the book. I was only able to get 1 blind for the $350 credit. I didn't think they treated me very well and I would never use them again!

Windo VanGo is the place to go for window treatments if you live in Maryland and want great service and superior products. First let me tell you what Windo VanGo accomplished in our home. They installed 42 different window treatments which included Applause and Duette shades (types of honeycomb shades), Parkland Classics Shutters, custom door side-light curtains, and two types of arches on 10 different size arched window. Some of the installed arch window treatments were fixed and some were able to be lowered. 7 PowerRise units with remote controls were also installed with some being Top-Down and others being Bottom-Up and still others being both Top-Down/Bottom-Up which have proven to be perfect for the locations selected. The team at Windo VanGo is what really impressed our family. First we were warmly greeted by Deborah Hammond in their new showroom and she spent over two hours going over a variety of possibilities for window treatments. All of the questions poised to her were eloquently answered and then she arranged for a design consultant, Lauren Thommen to visit our home and work on the details that needed to be accomplished on-site. Lauren put forth extra effort to get us what we wanted with some rooms needing privacy, other needed some illumination, and still other needed to have room darkening. This was all accomplished within our budget. Ron was our installer. He was always on time or early, he worked with the consummate skill coming from experience and professionalism. Our installation was also different in the way we wanted the top of the window treatments to be even and outside of the window frame. All of the items were perfectly aligned, and worked perfect. The arches were also perfect since a template was made for each window to ensure proper fitting. Troy Jordan the owner called after completion and asked if everything was working and if we were satisfied. All we could say was yes that we were thrilled with the Windo VanGo experience and especially with the PowerRise with remote Controls which we were a little hesitant in ordering. We do recommend this company and employees to everyone. We are very happy with the results and these widow treatments look great. Would do business again in the future, though we don't have any more windows to cover!

Service visit went very well. I was able to purchase the type of blinds that I was interested in with no hasseling on the price. The Angie List's deal was excellent, I could not have asked for a better deal. The provider was very courteous and professional and advised me on the best type of blind to purchase. They've held up well. They are attractive. We've had very little problems with them. The doors did everything that we had expected them to. They do a pretty good job of insulation. This is a good product and I am happy that I purchased it. They were a little expensive but we got exactly what we paid for.

We were very happy with them. The shades have been excellent. One is with remote control, and the other one is where you put them up and down manually.We had no problems whatsoever, they came out, they measured, they installed, and the quality was excellent.

Windo VanGo is fine but the product probably had to have sent back twice. Thay have been very responsive. The product that they represent has not been that good. They came in and repaired it, it was 0 cost because of the warranty. It's a window shade from Hunter Douglas and the window shade stopped to function properly. The installers were fine when they came, whet the product worked, it works well. The guy who comes out to take it away to get it repaired is very friendly.
