The company formed as a partnership in 2004. One partner with 25 years of commercial roofing experience in government projects and the other with 12 years in roofing product distribution. They formed Alternative Roofing, Inc. as a contracting company that would provide the utmost customer service, integrate new products and technologies to offer customers greater options for their roofing needs.

Description of Work: 11/10/14 - We purchased the Deal for roof maintenance. It didn’t turn out OK. Part of the coupon was for a roof inspection and they didn’t provide pictures. Also, they even charged me extra due to the pitch of my roof.

[member name removed], I am sorry about your dissatisfaction with your experience with our company. I think there may be a little miscommunication. First the roof deal states that there my be an additional charge for roof slopes above 6/12 (they become increasingly difficult to work or walk on) - your roof slope was approx. 12/12, very steep. Once we inspected the roof we felt it was closer to needing replacement then just a repair, but while there we performed some minor work which you were charged for (we have photos that can be forwarded to you). We also put together a proposal to replace your roof, which was forwarded on to you. If the replacement were to take place, we waive the cost of the repair.
