The provider called the morning of December 23, 2014 and stated that they could not come out because it was misting rain. Unfortunately due to my leak that I had I had to locate another provider on an emergency basis right before Christmas which cost me more money which I was not happy about. THe proivder came out, quick fix, they will be providing me with a new roof in the near future

It turned out pretty good. My problem was I did not think they were coming because it was getting close to dusk but he did show up and patched the minor repairs. He found some other things and gave me a quote on it. It did not take him long, done with an hour. The guy was pretty personable.

They came out and did a wonderful job on the roof. I am very pleased and when I need future roofing work I will call them!

It went, came back with the results. The roof and shingles came back with no problems but the flashing on the chimney needed replaced.

The provider repaired the roof where there were several areas exposed to water. I was give advice as to have other work on the roof done, and some siding inspected on front of home water seals that were or were not put in place.

The company was excellent. Highly responsive. Came out the very next day and inspected the roof. Gave me a discount as per the AL deal. There were a few shingles missing and they sent me pictures so I could see the before and after condition of the roof. I thought that there charge was reasonable and certainly did not feel that they were trying to take advantage of the situation. Everybody I spoke to at this company was very courteous and professional. Highly recommended and definitely be my first choice for any future roofing jobs that I may need.

Alternative Roofing was excellent. They responded promptly to my first inquiry. They showed up when they said they would for estimates and provided me with estimates immediately. On the rentals, they did not recommend the most expensive option - they listened to what I was trying to accomplish and created an estimate accordingly. Then they showed up at the day and time agreed upon and performed the work. For my home, it was the same experience only I wanted an rood replacement. I had gotten several bids and had questions for each contractor. Alternative Roofing was always the most prompt in answering my questions and the most thorough. And again here, I had an option to spend more, but Alternative Roofing explained in way that made sense to me why it wasn't necessary. and when it came to the work, they were thorough, took pics before, during, and after and left the job spotless. I highly recommend Alternative Roofing.

Were very quick to call to schedule and very courteous, however, we no longer needed the service.

Everyone involved in our house investigation were amazed at the honesty by Josh Ralls, that he did not charge for his visit, or recommend roof repair that we did not need. If you need a roofer, use this man and his company. I will forever be grateful to him for being so honest and professional.

I spent minimal with Alternative Roofing. They fixed whatever problem I had. They just did the job and did it right. I think they were fair, honest, prompt and that's about it. I remembered not having being pissed of because I guess they showed up.

They were very timely in providing their estimate and once selected, arrived on time. They did a very professional job and cleaned up both inside and outside the garage.

They did what I asked them to do with no issues. Their charge was reasonable. We were satisfied.

I had some ice damage and they worked hard to repair it. We watched them while they worked and they were very organized. They are located near me which is helpful. We always get several quotes and felt both times that they were the most reasonable and had the best quality of products.

Not sure yet if problem was solved.
