I have had numerous conversations with Katie who talks over me telling me this was done to code. She promised me twice last week that her manager would call me and I have not heard from anyone. "Got ripped off...do not use this company without an estimate, remember companies can get anyone to write a review to say how great they are, last week they charged $839.00 for a simple plastic 1/2" pipe repair in Fenwick, De. I was not there, my daughter was. So be warned - part of the bill said $360 - to lay down drop cloth, open hole in drywall, and sweep up. I called them 3 times, and sent an email, no one would call me back, this was before I posted anything negative - so be warned. CWO"
