Description of Work: R&G came to my home to install a new Hellenbrand water softener. They were very polite in walking me through what needed to be done. What helped is that my home was already plumbed for a softener to be put in. It's been two weeks and my water has never felt better. We had over 20 grains of hardness. I have tried other companies for my plumbing needs in the past, but I have never been let down by their services, and will continue to use them in the future. They are a family business that treats you like family too.
