Fantastic service. This is the second time we've hired R & G Water Systems. Both times we had an issue in the middle of the night and they were able to send someone out first thing in the morning. They replaced our well pump the same day (within a few hours of calling actually). This went as smoothly as the first time we hired them and would definitely continue to use them.

R&G Was very responsive and came out on a Saturday late afternoon to fix my well pump that stopped working. They found a broken wire and got me up and running in no time. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

R&G exceeded my expectations. They called me before I finished punching their phone number in. The plumbers we've used for 20 years did not pick-up, can't imagine why, it's only Christmas day. R&G showed up when they said they would, spent a few minutes looking at the system, identified the issue and resolved it in 15 minutes. Yes, I'll use them again and recommend them to others.

R & G made our situation a priority. They were punctual, polite, and explained what they would be doing for us. They left our basement clean and DRY! Definitely recommend them for well work.

They got here listened to my concerns, investigated a few different situations and provided quick and effective solution to the problems. I was especially impressed with their preparedness. I needed a particular part for inside the well pump and they had it on their truck. They had my problem solved in a little more than an hour. I inquired their input on my current equipment as to it's longevity and it's adequacy and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They provided excellent customer service at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

Great prices! The entire team was extremely easy to talk to and work with throughout the process (quote, scheduling, Q&A, install, etc.), and the job was done quickly and without a fuss. Honest, reasonably priced and friendly. I recently needed to make the switch from a Jet Pump to a Submersible Pump. I had 4 estimates and R & G was the most inexpensive. In addition, they didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need and they performed quality work.There is no one else I would use for my water system.

We lost our water and Rick and his team came out late evening to determine the problem. They returned the following day and installed a new well pump. Georgina kept in touch as far as arrival times both days. In addition, they installed and service our water treatment system. Excellent customer service and highly recommend!

The owner and his helper came out. They were both very friendly and professional. Probably one of the best businesses that I have worked with. I've been trying to find a plumber in my area that I can trust and I think I just did.

They worked diligent to accommodate my needs to include multiple visits for water samples, working on Saturday and nights, financing the system AND had it complete by the date necessary. Great company!!!

I"d like to follow up my earlier negative review by commenting that the company owner(s) contacted me personally and expressed their apologies for what may have been a simple misunderstanding and communication issue as a result of their new, at the time, communication systems. The call was friendly and I want to assure perspective customers that, while they should always be alert to options, they should not fear investigating the services of this company. They are a family-run business of many years and it's always good to support such operations.

This company was prompt, professional and provided good service. Installation of the treatment tank was well managed and they were very informative. Word to those considering a treatment tank -- we found about 2 months after installation that the treatment system had over-corrected and we then had extremely alkaline water (which yes is supposed to be healthy to a degree but it wreaks havoc on your hair). My husband and I both found our hair had quickly become brittle and dry and it took a bit of discussion to figure out the only recent change was our water treatment system. I called R&G back and they re-tested and determined we now needed a water softener system. They did install and that resolved all the issues. If I had one concern it is that the company should, based on their experience, anticipate something like that and at least provide the warning in advance or return within a week and re-test your water to determine if the over-correction had occurred. It would have been better to be so informed and pro-active about addressing rather than experiencing the effects of the alkaline system and then fixing. Also, would have been helpful to be able to anticipate the additional cost. Each water treatment tank is about $1700 - so ultimately we did have to expend twice as much as originally planned in order to arrive at appropriate pH levels. They are a good, professional and knowledgeable company. Just anticipate the potential for overcorrection and ask for re-testing after install so that you can make sure your system is where you need it to be.

First rate. For background I called R&G several years ago on a really cold December 23rd when our well stopped working. Rick showed up that same day, made what turned out to be a simple fix and I have ben a believer and customer ever since.

Very happy with the service, professional and know their business. I am a real estate agent and use their services on my own home. Service they provided this time was for my sons home. R&G is always responsive and take their time in explaining the different options and don't rush off the phone. I will continue to use them and refer them to my clients.

I had a rotten egg smell from my well system plumbing, so I checked on Angie's List & called R&W. Every step of the way went so smoothly. I had total trust in Jeff, the son that came to my house. He was so respectful of my house. He didn't try to up-sell me in any way. I was very pleased w/ his professionalism & his service.

Their service was prompt and reliable. The pricing is competitive too.

Just before midnight on Father's Day Eve, our well pump stopped working. On the morning of Father's Day, we called R&G, having had previous experience with them a few months before. We had a pending quote from R&G for a well pump replacement that we had not gotten around to installing. The wife of the owner graciously answered the phone, and took down all of our information during a very pleasant phone conversion. She promised to get back to us. We expected a day or two wait to get the problem resolved, and began making plans to accommodate that possibility. Around the time that we wondered when we would be getting a call back -2:00 in the afternoon - 2 pleasant well technicians from R&G showed up at our door, apologizing for the delay, as we were their 3rd out of water call of the day. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a sheared connector, not a well pump failure - an honest assessment that could have easily been characterized to us as a well pump failure. We chose to have the pump replaced, as it was 20 years old, and changing it was already on our radar. The pump was pulled up in short order, and within a few hours, we had running water again. We received a fair price for emergency service, and an honest assessment of our well problems on 2 different occasions. We highly recommend R&G.
