Great customer service. Responded quickly to my request for service within 24 hours to clear a blocked main sewer line. Nick was at my house within 5 hours of my call. Nick is super personal and very upfront about what may need to be done as well as the cost. A tad pricey but you do get what you pay for; and the timeliness and professional quality of the work was worth the price.

Very knowledgeable about plumbing and drainage systems. Prompt and courteous as well. Nick kept us in the loop the entire time. He had to troubleshoot to figure out our issue. Plumbing issues are not something any homeowner wants to deal with but if you have plumbing issues, you need to hire a company that wonâ t nickel and dime you and is thorough. That is BFMD!! Requirement by government overrated cost, could have been with less cost

Received fast up-front price from BFMD for our sewer line dig up and replace, and repair of basement cleanout. BFMD moved quickly to repair the cleanout and provided free line cleanings as we waited for the dig up. Scheduling of the dig up and replace was repeatedly delayed - nearly three weeks beyond the initial estimated start date - which was very frustrating as we were having sewer backups in our home. Can’t speak more highly of the plumbers on staff - Nick in particular. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly cared about their work and satisfaction of the clients. Management should work to improve scheduling process and establish clear internal policies to provide clients assurance of timeliness of work.

I was in a panic after learning my main waterline underground had to be replaced. My lawn was soak and wet for days by the time I realized what the issue was. After receiving bids for the job, Artie was the last estimate I received that Wednesday. He was able to start the job the next day and pulled the required permit as well. He came in $500 cheaper then other estimates and offered a longer warranty. It was great working with Nick, Norris, and Judy. No more leaking water line!

This is a great company. Artie and Nick were right on time, provided high quality work. They were very professional and saved me thousands of dollars! My home warranty company in house plumbers had told me my main line sewer line had to be replaced (to deny a home repair a camera diagnostic). Replacing the main sewer line would have cost somewhere between $6,500 - $10,000. Artie and I met and reviewed my options. He recommended I go ahead and complete a camera diagnostic and simultaneously have anything in the line descaled. Their descaling machine has a camera attached to it. This process cost $750, but was far less expensive and time consuming than replacing a main sewer line. The end result, verified by camera, a clean sewer line!
