Responded to my initial inquiry within 48 hrs. Met with me to review planned project and schedule start time. Arrived as scheduled and worked without interruption through the day. Worked me me when I requested a modification of the original plan. Very pleasant, knowledgeable gentleman. Part of the project required an additional set of hands and the co-worker that he brought with him was equally hard-working. I look forward to working with Jim in the future.

Jim Anderson is so good and so busy that he didn't get back to us right away so responsiveness is our only good rating while in every other category he was excellent. Jim is a true handyman in the sense that he tackled five different little drywall and trim painting projects but also has the ability to do our entire family room ceiling. The quality of his work is outstanding and he was courteous and professional. We won't hesitate to call him again in the future.

Jim Anderson took out a tile shower walls, tub and tile floor. He replaced with a shower base and shower walls. Their estimate was $900 less than it turned out to be because Mike Weiss of Aurora Plumbing suggested a shower base so we didn't have to pull up the cement floor. It took Jim Anderson about two days to clear out the bathroom, smooth out the floor, repair the walls and install the shower. Today he installed the floor and put in the baseboards. The price quoted above includes the materials I purchased. His actual quote was $4,395.00. The materials were $1,950. The bathroom is amazingly beautiful. I could not have had a better team work on my bathroom. I would recommend them to anyone needing home repairs, remodling, etc. and plan to use them again for my upstairs bathroom. He worked with me on this project giving helpful suggestions and ideas. He is honest and a true craftsman.

During hurricane Sandy, half off my flat roof peeled off and flooded my bedroom, living room and part of my hallway. Will Frisby performed all of my interior work from start to finish. Bottom line, he's going to be my handyman from here on out. He is very pleasant, and shows up everyday on time and gets an amazing amount of work done. The quote was great, compared to other quotes I received for much, much less work. I'm literally getting more than twice as much work done compared with other quotes that I've received. When my bedroom ceiling came down, he noticed that the wiring was done in a very dangerous manner. He notified me, and recommended an electrician. He made sure to be present when the electrician showed up, and made sure I was comfortable working with him. The electrician turned out to be excellent as well, also with great pricing. He's been very patient with the insurance payment hiccups and continued to work even when payments were delayed. He is also very mindful of my own schedule and makes sure he's not imposing too much. My home is old and everything is just a little bit crooked, but now it looks like normal rooms in a normal home. Yay! I have some sort of weird paneled box in my living room that contains the gas meter? He said he had some extra drywall and would like to use that to make it look better. Bonus! My only regret is that I can't afford to have him paint as well, I'll be doing that on my own soon.

Jim was very easy to get in touch with and prompt and professional with giving us an estimate. When the customer wanted something that wasn't really necessary or needed, Jim was very clear about that and gave good alternative suggestions. He was flexible with scheduling and dates as well. I appreciated his experience and thoroughness. I will be using him frequently in the future!

I had an undetected leak under kitchen sink and it ruined the base of the cabinet. I called Jim, who referred me to a local carpenter, Will Frisby. Will promptly called me and we set up a time for him to assess the job. After initial visit, we set up time for Will to pull out the old base and install a new one. He did a great job. I will definitely use this company again for this type of work as well as other types. Thanks, Jim and Will!

This is my first experience as an Angie's List member, and it was holiday season so was glad to receive a very nice email from Jim not too long after my first contact. He provided his direct email and cell phone contacts for future communications and we were able to set up a date to estimate the job. Jim was very professional, polite, right on time. He assessed the jobs that I wanted done and answered my questions about some potentially larger projects to upgrade my condo unit which were beyond the scope of work that he would do himself. On the appointed date for the work, Jim started with the most important jobs, involving the various recaulking projects. He worked continuously except for trips to the truck for tools/supplies and where I had the occasional question/request for advice. The final cost was within $25 of the estimate and Jim left an itemized list of the completed tasks. Jim cleaned up completely, used his own vacuum, took all the trash with him. Oh, and he had no issues with the presence of my two cats, which was appreciated. Very pleased with Jim's work and so glad to have found someone to turn to for any of his areas of expertise.

I found Jim via Angie's List and the experience from beginning to end was great. Jim was very easy to work with and a true professional. I will be working with him again in the near future.

I bought this house knowing it needed a lot of small fix-ups. I found Jim on Angie's List after reading a number of reviews about him and the quality of his work. Jim arrived in a timely manner and got to work right away. I am pleased with the quality, and he is very pleasant, so my experiences with him are thumbs up. He has more work to do and will return. I am not sure how to rate "price" because I have no one with whom to compare prices. However, at $60 an hour, I believe I got my money's worth.

Will is a talented carpenter. He arrived on time and worked hard. The finished product looked nice. My only complaint is that I had to clean up a good bit of caulk after he left.

He did good work, showed up when he said he would, and I was happy with the quality. The actual workman was named Will Frisby.

Mr. Anderson was very responsive and did an excellent job. The dryer vent installation may have taken somewhat longer than Jim had anticipated. Jim did the job professionally and did not change or vary from the original estimate. He was a pleasure to work with and he will be our go to person for the next job.

I have already recorded a review of Mr. Anderson prior to this for his installment of ceiling fans. I gave him a B, because he was supposed to get back to me for this additional work and did not. When he read the review, he immediately contacted me to apologize for having not gotten back to me. We arranged for him to take care of these issues, which he did in a very timely and professional manner. His work is excellent and we will be happy to use him again in the future.

THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME THAT WE HAVE HAD MR. ANDERSON WORK ON OUR HOME. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DOES QUALITY WORK.

Jim Anderson arrived, discussed positioning of the grab bar, and installed it to our satisfaction. I had not mentioned the kitchen cabinet when I arranged for his visit, but he said he could take care of it at the same time. He chose a method of repositioning/affixing the cabinet which had not occurred to me, and it was a good approach and looks nice. I have used another handyman service but was not happy with their work. I definitely would call Your Handyman & More in the future.

Mr. Andrson's charges included the cost of running to the nearby hardware store to pick up the wood for the door. He was fast and efficient and the work is perfect. He also walked around the house and gave me advice on a number of other projects, including suggesting someone else if it was not within his area of expertise. I have already asked that he return to do more work for us. Too bad we cannot clone him!

Excellent. Once we made contact Jim was very professional and did very good work. Would highly recommend.

Mr. Anderson came well equipped w/necessary tools and equipment to complete the work on the day scheduled. He was careful, thorough, respectful, and cleanly in his completion of the jobs.

Jim was able to come within a few days of contacting him. I needed some drywall replaced in my garage and a small area of my roof patched. Work was good and took less than 2 hours. Would use Jim again in the future for additional services.

I like our handyman Jim Anderson. He is very professional. He came out when he told me he was coming out. He pretty much did everything one would expect from a professional person. He is very skilled in my humble opinion. His price was fair.

He did an absolute amazing and perfect job. People would be very fortunate to have him. He is a perfectionist. He's professional and hardworking. He was timely and he gave my neighbors an estimate and ended up doing work for them also. I will be calling him to do interior painting for my home. I feel so fortunate to have found him and this company. He was very reasonable.
