Everything went great. It was a two day job since the some of it had to dry and set before continuing. Jim was on time both days, explained everything he did, left a clean work space and completed the job when he said he would. He even did some additional grouting in the area that had gotten old and dry. It looks great, just like before it was broken off. I would definitely hire Jim again!

All work was completed as promised and exceeded our expectations. His ceramic tile work was the highpoint of the project.

I spoke with Jim on the phone a few times prior to his coming to the house. Without any issues, He came to estimate the job on a day I was not able to be present. This morning he arrived on time to perform the work. The job went very smoothly and Jim was pleasant and professional. In all, the job took slightly less time than quoted. I absolutely recommend his services and look forward to working with him in the future.

Jim is very professional---courteous, knowledgeable, flexible, etc.---in all aspects of his work, from the quote to the finished product. His work is meticulous and I trust his advice.

I have used Jim for several other projects and have been very happy with his services and professionalism. My living room and dining room ceilings had been damaged by water problems in the unit above mine. I asked Jim to check the damaged areas for mold and replace and repair the drywall as needed. I also asked that he wire and install recessed lighting in the ceilings and remove the popcorn spray on the entire living room and dining room areas. Jim was very responsive with his proposal. He always provides a detailed proposal, which I appreciate. He was available to do the work within a few weeks. The wiriing was trickier than he anticipated due to the unusual construction of our condo units but he was able to install the lighting. His inspection of the damaged areas showed no mold so replacement of the drywall was minimal. Removal of the popcorn was somewhat complicated by the process used to apply it. But I am very happy with the completed project. My ceilings are smooth and beautiful. If you've ever had popcorn ceilings, you how difficult they are to maintain and paint. I had several people tell me that it was impossible to really get a smooth surface after removal of the popcorn spray but my ceilings are absolutely smooth and look like new drywall was installed. The project took a few days more than anticipated but that was due to the unforeseen complications, not because Jim and his team were in anyway lacking. As always, I was completely satisfied with Jim's work and professionalism and will be sure to use him again in the future for more promects.

They were very good. They were just very professional and everything was done high quality. There was no problem with the pricing and everything was upfront.

Jim came out to look at the property, he was on time and friendly. Got two proposals over via email immediately. He complete the work promptly and on time. I am sure he is competitive with his pricing. We will use him again.

Selected Your Handyman and More because they were local. I called on Wednesday, the call was returned on Thursday and the service scheduled for Friday. Tim showed up promptly, got to work removing the old screws in the hinge and replacing them with longer screws. He then had me check it to make sure I was satisfied, which I was. I then gave him the light fixture and bulbs for my outdoor garage light. He installed it quickly. Although what I had bought didn't exactly fit the box which was surrounded by brick, Jim was able to install the fixture and adjust the lights and timer so that I now have light! Overall it was a great experience, and it all happened in a matter of days. Jim was only going to charge $60, but I gave him an extra $10. I'll definitely useYour Handyman & More when I have those nagging little things that come up that need attention, or even some larger things.

I was very pleased with him, and the price was very reasonable. He was very polite, upfront, and honest. He told me what needed to be replaced and what didn't, I was very pleased he wasn't out to make money.

I left a message for Jim Anderson explaining the work I needed performed. He never returned my call. At the very least, I expected a return message saying he was not interested.

Hired someone else to do the work who was sloppy. Took long time to respond to price quotes. Had salesmen visit when on the job. Took off for weeks and told us last minute before finishing work.

We discussed the "problem" over the phone, he gave an estimate of cost and probable time required (which ended up right on). We set an appointment but said he would call if he was able to come sooner, which he did. Very nice and professional, wore polo shirt with company logo, and was not bothered by our friendly dogs.

It went well. no problems. Polite, efficient, respectful. He had to go to Lowes to get some parts , all done quickly.

I had been extremely frustrated in dealing with Comcast in trying to get cabling for TV/Internet/Phone moved from one room to another in my home. Comcast refuses to do any cable work within walls after the initial install and advised me to call an electrician to do the work. Jim did the work required to split the cable, and installed a mutliple access outlet that was more professional than the Comcast cabling done when Internet/Phone was originally installed. I was extremely happy with the results. Jim and his son also installed a set of three venetian blinds that had been custom made for a large bedroom window. His son constructed a set of wooden storage shelving that I had purchased at IKEA. Jim is very friendly and professional. His work is excellent. I will continue to use his services and have asked for an estimate for even more work at my home this fall.

He had previously done electrical work for me. He's great. He is easy to work with. He gives me an estimate and sticks to it. He is prompt and neat. I have confidence in him and I think he will do a good job for me.

Great. We wanted the grill assembled kind of quickly and Jim Anderson was able to schedule us with Billy the same week as our call. Billy was really nice and easy to work with. Patient too as my list of projects grew while he was here. Jim followed up later that day to make sure things went well.

This was an excellent experience. Jim is professional and friendly. He completed all the work professionally and left the work area spotless. I highly recommend Jim. I will be putting his number on my speed dial for the future!!

He did a beautiful job and asked if there was anything else he could do. He completed a couple little jobs. He was very professional and very well dressed. He was wonderful and I would use him and recommend him again. I would give him a double A! He knows what he's doing and is experienced. He goes above and beyond.

Arrived on time, Complete work in several hours. Everything works well. Very neat. Offered to stop back and touch up paint around outside fixture when weather was better.

It took several weeks to get a response to my inquiry, then a couple of more weeks to get them to look at the work and then a couple of more weeks to get an estimate, etc. But wait was well worth it and will definitely continue to work with them. Professional, did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the day where they had been working, very pleasant to be around, work was great.

I contacted the company via email after reading reviews on this website. Mr. Anderson responded promptly and gave me an estimate. We scheduled the work weeks later after I heard from the window installers. He again confirmed promptly. He arrived on time and completed the work. He was very careful with drapes and blinds. One set of blinds wrinkles easily and he was able to rehang them overtop another set of blinds in the house to keep that from happening. He came back on schedule and completed the job in less time than his original estimate. Mr. Anderson was friendly and professional and I would use his services again.

Jim was initially booked when I contacted him. He responded back to me later in the week when he said he would. He completed the job and sent before and after pictures to my email. This was very helpful as I could not inspect his work easily since it was on the roof. I will definitely use him again.
