Jeff was on time and very professional. He is also very personable. He did a great job with moving the hoses from his van on the driveway up to the 2nd floor without bumping or scratching any woodwork, and he placed styrofoam blocks and/or clear tabs under the furniture legs. He did an excellent job.

We are pleased with them. Their service was good, and the price was decent. They also work on Sundays, which is an advantage because a lot of people will not work on Sundays. We thus have weekend service too and not just the weekdays. They don't have any staff. It is just his wife and him there. Sometimes, it takes them a few days to get back to us. He was there on time to do the work.

This guy was super nice, super professional and a miracle worker. Stains we had worked at for days, he got up. Carpets look GREAT and he charged less than the quoted price-LOVE THAT!!

Jeff is the owner and soul operator of his business. He is honest, friendly, prompt, and professional. We had our carpets in the livingroom, diningroom, hall, and bedroom cleaned. The carpets look great! He also cleaned our sofa. Including a senior discount the cost was $150.00 Very good job for the money. Would recommend him highly. A++++powerful

Great company to use. We had a ceiling that collapsed on our carpet after the hurricane. I have called this company. Left a message, they called me back pretty soon, arranged a pick up for the carpet plus one round rug, all in all for 30 dollars (including a return delivery). Picked it up on time, delivered on time as promised, nice and clean. Would use again! By the way, they do offer a great price on carpet cleaning.

Jeff showed up on time and went to work. He is absolutely amazing, doing much of the work by himself. He first cleaned the family room area rug, sofa and chair. The rug and furniture look absolutely wonderful!! They look new. Then, Jeff steam cleaned the tile in our kitchen, breakfast area, sunroom and two bathrooms. After it dried, he sealed the grout to help it stay clean. The floors look amazing!!! Jeff then cleaned the carpet runner that goes up our main stairway. When he was finished, Jeff took a large Oriental rug and two runners (one 20' long) with him. A week later, the rugs came back in beautiful condition. The urine odor was gone completely and all the stains were gone! Some minor repairs had been accomplished and each rug has high quality, new padding. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and Universal Carpet. I've never seen anybody able to physically work as hard and quickly as Jeff, especially for many hours. The pricing is extremely reasonable for the high quality of work. The whole experience was terrific. We were afraid that a couple of our nice orientals were totally ruined by our sick dog but Jeff brought them back to life. The odor is completely gone because our remaining dog is no longer attracted to those areas. We had them cleaned several times in the past but there was always some odor remaining. Now it's all gone. , We have had Jeff clean out carpets many times. His work is consistently outstanding. We have two teen age boys, a dog and a cat. We also have white rugs. Jeff makes them look new every time. He also does area rugs and ending up cleaning a chair for us last Friday. My husband and I both had to work on Monday, my husband let Jeff in and Jeff locked up the house.For the price stated above--very large master suite, 3 other bedrooms, family room , several area rugs, a chair and ottoman. I wish I had not waited to long.

Universal Carpet did a excellent job of cleaning my carpets. They were professional, prompt and thorough. I would definitely use them again.

He arrived as promised and after estimating the job, promptly went to work. He spent about 1.5 hours cleaning my extremely dirty carpet which looked fabulous when he was done. Also, he did not use excessive amounts of water as some services have done in the past. The carpet dried nicely and is a pleasure to walk on!! I'll definitely be calling him again SOON.

It went awesome. I called to schedule him on a Monday morning. They had a cancellation. Within 2 hours of the phone call the work was done. They are very responsive and thoughtful.

He came out on a Sunday to get job done. It went very well. I wasn't there, he was let in by real estate agent and everything was fine.

Jeff was both professional and friendly, right from the start. He was at our house right on time, and began working right away. He told us to just go about our own routines, so we did. I checked on him infrequently, even though I was excited to see how the job was going. He was very thorough, going over some spots more then once (after he pointed them out to us). He advised us on how to maintain both the furniture and the floor when he finished. He cleaned up all of his equipment, we paid him, said our good-byes, and he was gone. Couldn't have asked for a better job...truly!

Easy. I selected the company from Anglie's (in my home area), called, scheduled a time for an estimate, accepted, and scheduled a time for the cleaning which was done today. I spent $200 to $250 on that work. The owner is very nice and very thorough. He did a good job. The carpets that I had them clean had dark stains on them and he did his best to get them off and did a good job. I found him on the list and was pleased with the reports on him. His price was not cheap but not overly expensive as well.
