Description of Work: I had 1 bedroom & a family room (Berber carpet) cleaned. The Berber was a toughie - it came up "spotty" I called & Jeff returned ASAP per our schedules & cleaned it again. It looks great. Some cleaning companies charge extra for Berber carpet - now I know why. I will definitely recommend Universal Carpet.
