Great! Company was great to work with and prices were competitive with box-stores like Lowe's and Home Depot. I love how they do their pricing - everything is bundled and calculated so that you know the REAL price you'll pay per square foot.

Easy transaction with Thomas the salesman. Installers were on time, professional and respectful of our home. Had a funny sense of humor to boot.

Thomas Coker was very helpful in sorting through and selecting options. His workmen (we had 4 sets for the various jobs) were all very punctual, professional, and nice. Priceless was recommended by Staging with Style and we were very pleased.

The carpeting purchase and installation was straight forward and we had no problems whatsoever. The engineered hardwood has been a different story altogether and one year, and over $5,000 later, we have a grand floor that is deteriorating more each day and Priceless refuses to warranty their product whatsoever. Since installation the top layer of the dark wood flooring has peeled and chipped continually in several different rooms of our home. We contacted Priceless several times by phone and email. No one responded for weeks at a time. Once we were finally able to reach the manager (Michael Clark) we were told they do not warranty their products and we had to deal with Mohawk directly and on our own. We did so, Mohawk sent an inspector who decided the floor damage was our negligence- from standing water. There has never been any standing water throughout our home (we don't even allow drinks beyond the dining room). We went back to Priceless who again said they do not offer any customer follow up and guarantee on their products but Michael Clark was willing come out on his own and look at the floor. He did so and even told us he has extensive experience in floor flood and fire damage. He took photos and told us our floor damage was not water because there was no buckling or cupping, and that the floor was faulty- but that we had to go back to Mohawk and Priceless would not do anything for us. This process again took for several weeks to get a response. We filed an appeal with Mohawk who sent us a second letter saying we were negligent, case closed. Now we're filing suit against both companies for the faulty flooring (that continues to peel, chip and wear away). Priceless doesn't care in the least bit and offers no customer satisfaction guarantees or warranty on their products. We cannot understand how the general manager himself who verified this was not water damage, can sleep at night knowing he took and kept our money for a faulty product - and that they're still carrying it in there stores. It is clear Priceless works for Mohawk and not their customers. This is horrible business practice and we will never shop there again.

The process was very easy and fluid. We received an estimate. Made the decision to have the work done. Chose the carpet color. And, scheduled the installation. The installation went very well. The two guys doing the work were careful when moving our belongings. When finished, they returned the rooms back to their original order. They were friendly and polite and super good with our pets.

Easy -quick appointment and measurement. Easy to select and price. Carpet arrived quickly and installed painlessly. It was a complicated job with many opportunities for mistakes and it was flawless! Highly recommend!

We were very happy. The salesman was very pleasant and easy to deal with and the installers were pleasant to have in our home.

Really well, the men arrived when they said they would and completed the job in one day. They were polite and courteous to me. There were some details I needed to have fixed after they had finished the job and they returned when I asked, did everything to my satisfaction and again were courteous and polite with no attitude about having to return to fix things. Really a pleasure to deal with this company.

Both jobs were great experiences! Thomas, my salesman, was great from the beginning to the end. I was overwhelmed with the choices, but he expertly guided me to the products which best suited my needs. The workers were professional, friendly and very meticulous about their craft. I am truly overwhelmed with the results! Regarding price, I went to Priceless because of the "A" Angie's List rating after getting a high proposal from another (supposedly inexpensive) company. The same carpet was approximately $1,000 less at Priceless! I am a very happy customer!

Priceless, especially Thomas, was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient without being pushy. They offered suggestions for tile type and style, and coordinating grout, while acknowledging and working with our preferences. Their prices on various tiles were competitive and their selection was excellent. We made several trips to their store and went back and forth on which tiles to select. When we finally made our decision, they were able to order the material and have it delivered within a few days. Priceless's suggested installer (RV Flooring) provided a competitive price for the installation. The installation went smoothly, with great care taken to ensure tiles were aligned and centered as various flooring areas required. The main flooring was 1200 ft2 of 6"x36" wood look porcelain, in one large room, albeit with several knee walls, a stairwell and other obstructions (not just a large rectangle.) RV Flooring spent sufficient time to lay out the flooring to ensure everything would match with a minimum of cutting, before they started mortaring. RV Flooring also used a "nifty" tool to ensure the edges of adjacent tiles were at the same elevation, thereby minimizing edge-to-edge height differences. Their experience with this installation technique resulted in a smooth floor with no significant tile-to-tile bumps. Overall, a job well done!

The installers were very professional and did a fabulous job. We could not be more pleased! We are repeat customers -- last time approximately 8 years ago. We were so happy with our previous experience, we did not even considering using another company. Our sales person Thomas Coker was great to work with -- could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful!!!

We had a flood in our basement and had to work with an insurance company to replace it. Thomas at Priceless helped us navigate the tricky insurance reimbursement, choose a terrific carpet and worked with our schedule for installation. He was kind, patient, thorough and made what could have been an unpleasant experience really seamless. And his installers were polite, clean and totally professional. This is is the best service I've received in years and I highly recommend this company. I have no affiliation with them. Just got lucky.

My experience with priceless one carpets was by far the best flooring experience I've had. My husband and I went to many stores and found very expensive carpet choices that were not quite what we were looking for. At other companies we felt we were compromising quality just to remain in- budget. Other companies were also misleading with the way they priced their flooring. However Thomas at Priceless One in Timonium had a fantastic selection, offered to send as many samples as we wanted to our house (at no cost... other places took our credit card number or charged us a $15 fee) and priced his carpets fairly and honestly. The price you see includes the carpet, standard 8lb pad AND installation. So $2.04 a square foot at another company may look better than $4.00 a square foot at Priceless One, but the other places don't include the pad and installation on their samples. Those are all fees that are added later once you're already in love with your choice. Thomas also came to our home and measured the space for free! Other companies charge a fee. Honestly, I wish we had only gone to Thomas when we were "shopping around". We went to him first and shouldn't have gone anywhere else. Every other place was a huge waste of time and headache. I would recommend Thomas at priceless one to anyone and everyone! The service we received in- store was fantastic. Thomas is a busy guy, and it's due to his attention to detail and his personable nature with the customers. He goes out of his way to make sure you get the best product at the best price. And we LOVED that there was no pressure to buy. We never felt uncomfortable or forced to make a decision out of haste. The installation was quick and easy too. We were able to get a weekend installation. The men arrived on time, worked quickly, and left us a large piece of extra carpet neatly rolled up in our back room. We paid our remaining balance in the store (we could have done it over the phone as well). This made us feel much more comfortable than paying the installer. Again, I would recommend Thomas at Priceless One to anyone and everyone!

From start to finish my experience with Priceless Carpets was wonderful. Thomas was great to work with because he was always quick to return my calls and was very knowledgeable about all of the flooring. The prices were fair and the quality great. The installation was fast and very well done. Will definitely use again.

Fabulously. The carpet type, quality, and color Thomas Coker helped me select were perfect. Thomas is a consummate professional. He knows his carpets, understands his client's needs, and is unflaggingly personable and helpful. He knew what I wanted and did not attempt to hard sell me into something more expensive. He knew my needs and my price point and showed me numerous selections which met my criteria. He kindly let me take the full sized carpet samples (not the tiny pieces some places give you) to the rental condo to try to see what was best. However, when I was stymied and couldn't seem to come up with the right color, he came out to the condo and suggested several colors and carpets which would work well. The one we ultimately selected is perfect. Thomas goes above and beyond to help the customer. The installation team was there the day and time that was promised (a rarity in the profession) and did an excellent job of installing the carpet. The corners and edges were perfect and there were absolutely no problems. The carpet looks fabulous. This is a high quality installation team. One of the things I liked was that there were no hidden fees which often show up with other companies. With Priceless you are quoted the price, which includes everything, so you go in knowing exactly what you are paying. I've been told they cost a little bit more than the box stores but I would take great customer service and fabulous installation over a few dollars saved. If you have a problem, Priceless will be there to address it, the big box stores won't. I could not more highly recommend Priceless Carpets. In fact, I am having Thomas come out to our residence to give us a quote on new padding.

Thomas came out within a day of calling Priceless floorings. He was honest that while he was not sure his staff could do our specific request, he was at least willing to inquire. Most other companies told us flat out no. We were very happy when Thomas replied that his staff could do the install in the way we wanted. We scheduled a time and 2 very nice, hardworking young men arrived on time and went right to work. Our existing vinyl flooring was indeed in good shape and it took them all day to carefully scrape it all up and apply a skim coat. They came back on time next day and sanded it smooth. This was the only wrinkle as it turned out to create quite a dust storm, but I don't think there was anyway around that and the specific install was at our request. They laid the tiles how we wanted them and were able to keep thresholds the same height, replace old metal thresholds with wood and put in new shoe molding. We would highly recommend Pricelss flooring, they are very customer service oriented, professional, economical and willing to think outside the box. We plan to have them come refinish our existing hardwood floors in the future.

Great experience. Chose Priceless from angies list reviews and was not disappointed. Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful and understood my need to control costs. installers removed carpet and installed in one long day even though I was told to expect 2 days. It looks awesome

I left a message on the sales person's voice mail, and he called me back within the hour and came out that evening to measure. Of the two other companies I called, one called back three days later, and one never returned my call. The floor tiles came in within two weeks, and the installer was excellent.

From start to finish, working with the staff at Priceless One was a pleasant and easy experience. The salesperson showed me all the different options but let me browse on my own and answered all my questions. I especially appreciated that he never tried a hard sell and actually showed me less expensive carpeting first. I was able to borrow multiple sample boards so I could narrow my choices at home, and even after I had chosen the style, when the salesperson came to my house to measure he encouraged me to let him order larger square samples so I could get a better idea of how the four colors looked in the room. The installers were just as nice and professional, even taking the extra step to show me two different ways to do the stairs and the bullnose. The thank you notes from Thomas after the visit to measure and the installation/payment were just the cherry on top of the icing. They will be my first stop the next time I need carpeting, and I highly recommend them.

My wife contacted them and we were able to get someone out for an estimate in a day. They were on time with the appointment and were able to suggested an appropriate flooring for our basement. We then went to their store to pick out the style we wanted in which they were able to make good suggestions. Once the flooring came in, we set up an appointment that worked well with my schedule. The 2 guys that came in to install the flooring were friendly and informative on their progress. It took most of the day and they did a great job! Our basement looks amazing and we can finally have people down in the basement.

We were looking to replace our old carpet. We knew exactly what type of carpet & thickness of padding we wanted after visiting another carpet dealer & were very dissatisfied. So we Googled who sold that specific carpet (Tigressa H20). We went into Priceless Carpet and spoke to Thomas Coker. I told him exactly what I wanted and within 5 minutes, he came up with a square foot price including everything, that was quite a bit lower than the other carpet dealer. I wanted to know certain things, like the face weight, twist level, etc. of that specific carpet and he answered my questions with no hesitation. Never questioning why I wanted to know all this, which I liked. We sealed the deal right then. Carpet was installed & completed in 1 day. The installers were very prompt, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Carpet looks great and we are extremely pleased. We decided we'd get our foyer & powder room done right after the carpet was installed, but weren't sure what type of flooring we wanted. So we went back, talked to Thomas and he went through all the flooring options. We decided on Luxury Vinyl Planks. Thomas explained in detail about this type of flooring, and we signed the 2nd deal. Floors were installed and look great. There was a bit of a misunderstanding on the baseboard removal and the installer removed a portion of the foyer baseboard & replaced it with a bigger baseboard than was originally there (only the powder room baseboards were to be replaced). Long story short, that portion had to be redone and since we just had our walls & baseboards professionally painted before the flooring went it, re-painting and a minor repair to the wall needed to be done. I spoke to Thomas about this and he did not hesitate to offer to pay for the painter to come back out & repair & paint the wall. That was just completed & all 6 areas look great now. Hats off to some great customer service. No beating around the bush, just straight answers to questions and very professional staffing.

Everything was great. They were the only one of three dealers I looked at that had the dark green color I wanted, and Thomas the salesman went out of his way to help me. They are gave a lower quote than others that I could afford. Their workers were actual Americans who were punctual and did and GREAT and quick job. They were polite, professional and 100% work. I will definitely use them in the future. Oh, they even moved the date of the job up by two weeks or so, so that was also a nice surprise.

The installation was great. The installers arrived at 8:05 am (arrival time was between 8 & 9 am). The bedroom was freshly painted. The installers were very careful and didn't mark the painted walls or baseboard. No touch up is required. The room was empty except for two pieces of furniture that were also empty. They moved the furniture out of the room and installed the padding and carpet. They did and very quick and efficient job.
