Just had hardwood floors installed in 4 rooms. John Baldwin was able to find something in our budget and it was much nicer than what we had before. The installers came in and it took 2 days to install. They came out during the COVID-19 pandemic and kept social distancing.

John was sales associate and he was great. Came and measured and we had a quote that day. Two weeks later flooring was delivered and installed. Work was done in less than a day and looked great. Installers were courteous and efficient. Great company. Highly recommend!

Fantastic! We couldn't be happier with how smoothly the entire process went, from ordering to demo & installation, and absolutely love the new floors.

We met with sales & design consultant Thomas Coker. He provided excellent help during the entire sales and installation process, from determining what types of carpet and flooring might be suitable to resolving some minor confusion during the stair refinishing. Thomas answered all of our questions, provided good suggestions and tips based on our needs, and was NEVER pushy. Once we made our decisions, it took a couple of weeks to schedule installation. The flooring installers were excellent, replacing carpet both the dining room and hall with "luxury vinyl tile" (LVT) in about 6 hours. They were respectful of our home and the flooring was beautiful. The master bedroom carpet was replaced the following week by a different crew who were equally skilled and customer-focused. The stairs were refinished after the carpet job. This by necessity created a lot of wood dust, but the crew did an EXCELLENT job of sealing off other areas of our house with plastic sheeting, then cleaning up the dust they created. After the carpet was removed, everyone was surprised to find a gap between the first step riser and the tile in our foyer. The refinishing foreman, after consulting Thomas by phone, proposed and installed a solution with which we were very happy, at no extra cost. We would use Priceless Carpet One again in a heartbeat!

We just got our flooring on our first floor done by Priceless Carpet One and we are so happy with the final result. We looked around many places and looked at ordering stuff online as well but ultimately decided to work with this company because they were great and pricing was nice as well. Thomas was super helpful when we first came in and helped show us exactly what we were looking for. He came out to give us a quote when we were free and got us a price breakdown within a day. Once we were ready to move forward with the project it was very quick!! They were very accommodating to our schedule and it worked out perfectly. The estimated completion time of the project was three days, but it only took two full days to comple which is awesome. The final result is beautiful and we are so happy with it. We used to have ceramic tile, carpet, and laminate on the first floor but replaced it with one seamless look of luxury vinyl tile. I would highly recommend getting your floors done here. Great customer service, quick responses and great pricing.

Thomas, the sales rep was great - helped us select the carpet within our price range that we were happy with - suggested a less expensive remnant for a small area. Installers were professional, friendly and did a great job. All in all very positive experience would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with Priceless CarpetOne. They redid all the floors on our main floor: refinished the hardwood, installed LVT with grout, and installed carpeting. All of the work looks gorgeous and the installation is perfect! Thomas in the salesroom is terrific to work with: he is responsive, has endless patience, and worked tirelessly to find us exactly the right products (which he did!). They focus on quality for a fair price. The installers were clean and professional. Highly recommend and we'd use them again in a snap.

We worked with this company to have the carpet replaced on our whole second floor plus stairs. Of the several companies that came and gave us a quote, the professionalism of this crew and their level of detail during the measurements gave us the most confidence that they would do the job right, on budget, and accommodate our scheduling needs. They gave us a conservative estimate of 2 days for the job, and finished it in just one day. We were thrilled at the quality of the installation, and perhaps more so at how thoroughly they cleaned up after the job.

GREAT! THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE, FROM START TO FINISH, WAS EXCELLENT. I WOULDN'T THINK OF USING SOMEONE OTHER THAN THOMAS @ PRICELESS FROM MY FLOORING NEEDS.

Contacted the company for a quote and set up an appointment with Thomas to come by and measure and discuss options. Got a good idea of what the job would entail and we opted to visit their showroom to look at carpet options the next day. Found some good options and the showroom staff were helpful in finding patterns that would look good on pie steps. Thomas sent several estimates after we narrowed down our choices and we signed the final agreement shortly after. Lead time for the carpet was fairly long from the factory (about a 6-7 weeks) which wasn't much of an issue for this project. We scheduled installation a few weeks after due to the holidays. Installation went very well. The two installers had decades of experience and it showed in the quality of the work and time to completion. Total install time for our project was just under 4 hours for what I thought was going to be a 2-day job. We're happy for the result and would go back to PCO for future projects.

The staff at Priceless Carpet was very helpful explaining the different flooring products and options, and was very patient with my many questions and provided multiple estimates. Thomas who brought samples to my home and took measurements for the job, was very knowledgable, patient and very responsive. The crew was very professional, punctual and industrious. They removed the carpeting, prepared the flooring and installed the new hardwood flooring. They were on time, worked efficiently and did a wonderful job cleaning up each day.
