The sales experience went well. The salesperson greeted us promptly, was courteous, professional and helpful. After listening to what we wanted she guided us through the selection process and we are very happy with the carpet that we chose. The installation also went well. The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently and did an excellent job. We are quite pleased with the result.

Installation was fast. Two men came out to work on vinyl flooring and an add'l 2 men arrived to work on carpeting. I am happy with the results and would definitely recommend them and the sales person Ron.

Priceless has installed various types of flooring for us including VCT, ceramic, strip wood, vinyl sheetgoods & carpet. They are familiar with working with insurance companies and their pricing follows the industry standard guidelines. Their customer service is very good.

The workers moved furniture and removed and discarded wall to wall carpeting. They encoutered a layer of particle board under the carpeting that they didn't expect to find. It involved a lot more messy work, but it didn't increase the amount of time or the price of the work. When they were finished, they moved the furniture back into place and cleaned as much as possible. They were always pleasant and even gave the dogs the attention that they demanded. The work took about 3 1/2 days, which we thought was amazing. The floors look beautiful and we've had no problems at all.

I've used this company a lot over the last 10 years and they are very nice people. They have fair prices and do good work. I trust them.

They did an excellent job and I can?t even see the tear! We had some trouble with the timing, they had to cancel the same day and reschedule. They did communicate this well and kept in touch. The work turned out great though.

good service on initial purchase, removal of old carpet and installation. I called them again for additional worik--just removal of old carpet on top of hard wood floors. Good work and clean-up.

The job was immediately scheduled and work was satisfactory.

I chose this company mainly because their price was the lowest. The sales rep came to my house to confirm measurements and even brought the sample board along so I could double-check the color selected. The installation looks great. The only problem was that they did not show up on the day that the installation was scheduled, so I wasted a vacation day waiting around. The manager and owner did call late in the day to apologize and they did show up the next day.

I was pleased with the service I received. The salesman I spoke with listened to my ideas and my price range. The ideas he gave me were really helpful. My questions were answered. The installation went very well. It was a two day project. I was very comfortable with the people sent to my home. Before they left my home, everything had been put back in place. I do recommend Priceless Carpets and Flooring to anyone needing that service.

I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN, AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN THEY CAME OUT, AND I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR PERFORMANCE.
