Met Cody @ MD home & garden show and made appointment, he contacted me shortly after the show and Cody Took measurements and soon after I had 2 estimates. Installation went smooth, guy's were very thorough and explained everything about the system & remote's.

Wonderful! They knew I was expecting out of town guests in the evening so they sent an extra technician (3 in total) to ensure the job would be done in time. Finished early! cleaned up after themselves & was very polite. They ensured that I was happy will every aspect of instillation.

I made an inquiry after getting an estimate from another contractor. The salesman, Codi, made an appointment and came out within a few days. After the visit, later that day, he sent a written estimate. I asked for a couple of options and some alternative estimates were sent the following day. I decided to go with a 9,000 BTU system and the same week that I signed the agreement they arranged for the installation. The two installers, Christian and Maxwell, were very punctual and professional. They finished the job in a timely fashion and explained how the system worked. The office staff were also very professional to work with during the entire process. The cost of the unit and installation was considerable cheaper than the other estimate received, approximately $750 cheaper

Salesperson was helpful and very informative. The suggested product was of greater capacity than another contractor recommended in order to meet actual space and need, and unit installation was recommended to be off the ground to avoid snow (other contractor was placing on typical HVAC concrete pad). Good suggestions! Installation team was thorough and professional. We have not yet had cold weather to test heating capability; however, the air conditioning has worked well. Warranty seems comprehensive to cover any issues. The office followed up with appointment reminders and paperwork via email on a timely basis. Refreshing to have seamless communication!

We were very pleased with them. They were very reasonable priced to other companies. They were very polite, and they cleaned up. They did everything well, and the system is great.

This company is very high-quality Arrived in new clean truck, used shoe booties to cover shoes before entering home, used equipment like an infra-red camera to check coil flow - I'm sure this is common practice, but never the less I was impressed. Used thermometer to verify proper operation indoors and checked for proper voltage on the outdoor unit. Instructed on how to properly clean outdoor unit, and their procedure for 'Spring' maintenance. The system wasn't broken and no repairs were advised. Their diagnostic provided me with assurances the system was functioning and that I may had inadvertently misused the remote.

Everything went absolutely fantastic. I wanted to wait some time before my review to see how everything went, and unfortunately forgot most of the names of everyone who helped. I can say that every single person was amazing. The person who did my consult, Oleg, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to give me all the details I could need, actually more than I asked for, but it all ended up being info I didn't know I wanted :) In terms of sales pressure, I didn't feel a thing. I went in to this knowing exactly what I wanted, having researched the units prior, and they actively spent time trying to convince me to buy the cheaper units saying they were overkill for my needs. I ended up not listening and buying the fancy schmancy units with lasers and while I don't really regret it, they do seem silly in retrospect (the people in the rooms aren't really savvy and just needed simple scheduling) The install was extremely quick and professional. The techs even spent time asking how I would like the conduit outside installed for maximum aesthetic. The units themselves are great and have no trouble keeping the rooms comfortable, which again I don't believe have any insulation. Heads up, all the units attached to the same outside unit (compressor?) must be on the same setting (Either heating or cooling) otherwise they seem to not work near as well.

From our first contact with Nataliya, to the estimate/sales process with Codi, to the actual installation with Charles and Donnell, we were pleased with the entire process. Nataliya set up the initial estimate appointment and followed up each step of the way with us promptly and professionally. Codi explained all of the options and the actual process in detail. He was professional and friendly and answered all of our questions. Codi was able to work with us to set a time frame for the installation that was just what we needed. The entire installation was started and completed on time. The actual installation work was done by Charles and Donnell. We could not have asked for a better team. They showed up promptly, worked steadily and well together, kept the work areas clean, and were not only highly skilled but very pleasant. We felt very comfortable having them working in our home. They also did a great job of finding solutions to the inevitable little puzzles that surely arise in any installation, and kept us in the loop and gave us some options at the appropriate stages so that we would be pleased with the final outcome. We were also especially impressed at their attention to the aesthetic details of the interior and exterior parts of the installation. For example, they did an outstanding job of making sure all of the exterior covers for the various lines to the main unit lined up as neatly as possible. They truly cared about not only a well-functioning system but about making it look as attractive as possible. We have not yet had to contact the company for any follow-up problems or maintenance but based on our experiences with the installation, we are confident that we will receive the same quality of service in the future. Now that we have had the system running for a couple of weeks during an exceptionally hot period of July temperatures and humidity in Baltimore, we are so glad that we decided to have this system installed. We chose Ductless America because a neighbor in a similar house had only good things to say about the company and we were not disappointed!

work was done well a the agreed on price upstairs bedrooms had been poorly served by existing air conditioning in older duct system. the new ductless system is quiet efficient and the upstairs bedrooms are now usable in the summer

The crew was terrific. They clearly are experts at this and educated us about the system they were installing throughout the four and a half days they were in our home. They are trained directly by Mitsubishi. I interviewed four other companies but none came close to their knowledge and ability to discuss the system.

It went very well. First of all the design was done with the most efficient and economic configuration in mind, also including future expansion capability. The designer/engineer was very attentive and listen very carefully what we desired. We got a couple quotes, some quotes went crazy on the price and the number of unites providing very inflexible configuration. The installation went well. Ductless America office does very good coordination with what going on each day ahead of time. Its partner/chief engineer provided personal attention and was here several days trouble shooting and problem solving. We have an old row house built in the 1880, the brick and chimney structure provided surprises. They resolved it without charging us additional fee.

It went great! The installers were professional, they cleaned up EVERY speck (and even put a tarp down in my living room where they were walking from the front door to the porch. The unit heats and cools, which turns our 3-season porch into a 4-season porch and expands our home's square footage. They also rerouted the lines from the upstairs unit under the sheathing for our porch, timing the work so they could be there when the roofers were, raised the compressors up off the ground, and tied everything down securely. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this company.

Delivered and installed on time. Struggled with electrical work, but eventually solved the problems. Unit works as advertised.

Started wth a pre installation survey and estimate. Assisted with the approval needed for Columbia Association. Installation was completed in one day by two installation personnel. Work was done professsionally inside and out. The people were polite and easy to work with. After the work was completed the installation personnel explained the system operation and maintenance. We use the unit every day. Extremely quiet and effecient. Cools the bedroom very well.

Ductless America was a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive and gave me a quote the next day after I sent them pictures of the existing installation. The price was significantly lower than the price of a competitor even though they proposed to replace old lines with new ones. They scheduled the install just a few days after the quote which was a surprise. The installers showed up when promised and completed the install in about 5 hours. They were very professional and courteous and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I would highly recommend this company if you're looking at getting a ductless ac/heating unit. High marks in all categories.

It went well other than I needed the Freon. Quick, neat and to the point.

Oleg, the operations manager, was very patient with us as our needs changed over time. The 2 installations were very efficient and smooth. A problem that they encountered was a malfunctioning thermostat. One of the technicians drove to Annapolis to get a new one to make sure the job was complete in one day. Everyone we dealt with at Ductless was friendly and helpful. Natalia's follow up skills were excellent, and she kept us informed of important information at all times. We would recommend them for any heating or air conditioning project.

The installers arrived on time, were extremely courteous & professional, and did an excellent job. They were very clean and respectful of our home & sets contents. The sales reply attentive and knowledgeable. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant to work with.
