It went as good as it could.
Description of Work: I paided for a furnace tune-up. The problem was,I have a oil burner furnace. This company donot do oil burning furnace. They only do gas furnace. The advertisement saided 49$ for a furnace or air condition tune-up. The young man was not equip to tune up a oil burning furnace.Since he came out to do a job.I told him to do what he can do. It was not like i got a real tune.

Description of Work: They installed 4 wall mounted Mitsubishi Mr Slims and an outdoor unit. It took 2.5 days for the install. Everyone on their team was great. Very courteous, professional, and clean. The team lead, Oleg, was very knowledgeable and guided us through the whole process. The units themselves are great. Very quiet, yet powerful. Our house is old and has no ducts, so this system works well for us. The guys were very thoughtful on how to place the units and lines as to minimize clutter. Overall they made the whole setup look very clean. If you're thinking about going with a Mitsubishi system, I would highly recommend Ductless America.

Description of Work: I would recommend Ductless America to all of my friends and family, now and in the future. They were very patient with scheduling and extremely flexible! I found Natalya to always be very polite, professional and courteous to me during the installation of my Trane furnace, which looks great!
