Works great so far and have high hopes it will cut electric bill this winter while keeping basement family room warm, without having to hike thermostat. Three techs were amazingly kind, helpful, coniderate, efficient. Super Deal offer was huge.

Description of Work: Installed Mitsubishi ductless HP units in 2nd and 3rd floors of my 100 yr old house. Units seem to work as specified. Difficult job.

Description of Work: Very prompt, very efficient, only problem was a small lack of communication between the install team and the person who scoped out the job, so they couldn't install the cover for the refrigerant lines from the outside to inside A/C units.

Description of Work: Vlad came by with the two workers within 5 minutes of the scheduled arrival time to get the job going. He left and the two workers worked quickly and efficiently. The job was projected to take 8 hours and it did. They kept everything clean as they worked. They checked with me when they had questions and did not assume anything. Vlad came by and checked up on the work and the cleanliness. There are no negatives that I can think of. I highly recommend this company.

We had them come out to talk to us about an air conditioner for a difficult room in our house. After speaking with Vlad we decided to put it throughout our whole living space. Vlad was terrific, very knowledgeable and helpful. We also felt that he helped us get the best possible price. | |Elmar Mechanical installed two Mitsubishi ductless heat pump multi zone systems which included two outdoor units, four 6k wall hung units and two 9k wall hung units. | |The electrical work was not included in the price and was done by a subcontractor. We were very impressed with the extremely professional and just plain NICE young men who came out to perform the work. They knew what they were doing, they were prompt, competent and they cleaned up after themselves. Even though we have had a relatively cool summer, we love our new air conditioning system and we are confident it will serve us for many years to come. |
