Description of Work: I called Chason on a hot day when the AC was obviously not performing right. Gave them a call and they told they could see me that day around noon. The technician actually showed about 15 minutes early and I had AC within the hour. Turns out that it was an electronic component of some type within the outside compressor unit.

Description of Work: We needed to replace two twenty year old HVAC units in a newly purchased condo apartment. These replacements were special order. They were installed efficiently and cleanly. A month later, an internal factory-induced problem with one was promptly fixed. We have been very pleased with the responsiveness.

Description of Work: We reported our central air conditioning system to be completely out of service. It took 10 days and repeated phone calls to get them there. The people responding to the calls were extremely rude. When the work was finally performed, it was done in a very cursory manner and resulted in an exorbitant charge. In essence, we were charged $476 for them turning on the system (via a hidden reset button) and briefly looking at each element of the system.

Description of Work: Installed three ductless air conditioner units in my old house. This was a difficult job requiring lifting large units to the roof of a three story rowhouse. I had extensively researched which kind of system I needed for my house, focusing on efficiency, compatibility with a historic house, and ''green'' technology. Then I asked 4-5 different companies to bid on the job (well-known major AC/heating companies in Baltimore). Several tried to talk me into using a different system - most wanted to put in a traditional ducted system at over $30K; none of the others even submitted a bid for the job I wanted or had the courtesy to call me to tell me that they didn't want this job. Chason was great. They really know this kind of system and did a great job.

Description of Work: I had my gas furnace removed/replaced and air conditioning installed. Additionally an attic vent and additional interior return air duct installed. That work was done about 10 years ago. I continue to have my annual service policy with them...which is the current $paid for work.

Description of Work: THIS COMPANY REMOVED OLD EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLED A NEW CARRIER HEAT PUMP, AIR CHANGER, PROGRAMMABLE THERMOSTAT AND HUMIDIFIER.
